MMAOYONGDies ist das zweite Mal, dass ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe, der Transport ist bequemer, es gibt viele Parkplätze, kostenlose Parkplätze, die Vielfalt des Hotelfrühstücks ist in Ordnung, aber es gibt weniger Restaurants in der Nähe.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Wir waren drei Monate vorzeitig in einem Zimmer bestellt. Das Hotel hat uns auch einen Aufgrad gemacht. Sehr zufrieden 👍
Wir hatten am ersten Stock des Hotels um 7:30 Uhr ein Abendessen im Restaurant. Es war ursprünglich für die Drachenblume, aber es ist vielleicht spät. Die Drachenblume sind nicht da. Der Geschmack ist auch 👍
Die Menge an Speisen ist groß, und die beiden sind nicht verschwenderisch.

KKatieWir waren sehr freundlich und willkommen, als wir ankamen. Wir konnten uns am Restaurant direkt am Lobby essen, so dass wir dort Abendessen planen. Als wir 20 Minuten später zum Restaurant angekommen waren, sagten sie uns, wir könnten dort nicht essen, wenn wir nicht vorbehalten hatten, weil wir eine Hochzeit hatten, die sie an der nächsten Tür hatten. Die Dame sagte uns: „Wir müssen die Hochzeit von 200 Personen vorrangig machen“. Ich fragte, wo wir essen sollten und die Dame schrie. Einer der Wächter, der sehr nett entschuldigt und empfahl die Bar. Sie hatten einige Gerichte aus ihrem Restaurantmenü. Wir waren ziemlich irritiert, weil wir beide erschöpft waren und die Dame uns sehr grausam war. Wir sahen 20+ Leute wegen dieser Hochzeit von dem Abendessen abwenden. Ich verstehe vollkommen, dass sie sich auf eine Hochzeit und das Essen für die Hochzeit konzentrieren müssen, aber wir hätten uns darüber erzählt haben sollen, als wir ankamen, dass das Restaurant nicht verfügbar war, es sei denn, wir hatten bereits eine Reservierung gemacht. Das Resort ist sehr schön und es gab viele Spaße Dinge, die man dort tun kann, aber einige der Mitarbeiter waren ziemlich unfreundlich.

PPorcupine12tradeBest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.

GGastnutzerSouth Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

GGastnutzerVery nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside

The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives
