It included a very comfortable bed, a tidy en-suite bathroom, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout my visit. Though some of the hallway decor feels slightly dated, it genuinely adds to the classic, old-world character of the property rather than detracting from the overall guest experience. One of the standout features of The Victoria Hotel is its excellent guest facilities. After a long day of exploring the city's sights, having access to an indoor heated rooftop pool, a spa, and a fitness center was an unexpected and delightful bonus for a budget-friendly hotel. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant and bar, Mister Munro, provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. The hotel staff also deserve a very special mention. From a smooth, welcoming check-in process to providing helpful local sightseeing tips, the customer service was consistently polite, efficient, and highly professional. Overall, The Victoria Hotel offers outstanding value for money. Great airport hotel with convenient access to Melbourne Airport. I booked this hotel for my boss and her child, and they were very satisfied with their stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being close to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. A good choice for families and travelers looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.

Es war mein drittes Mal hier und sie sind nicht enttäuscht. Zimmer ist sauber und glatt. Frühstück ist guter Qualität. Toiletten müssen immer angefordert werden - es ist nicht immer bequem, besonders, dass Sie es täglich brauchen und Sie 2 Wochen bleiben.

Great location for orthodox jews. Frendly staff. Nice inside pool and spa. A very goog (and expensive) restaurant inside the hoyel. One minus: they dont change the sheets for a week.

1) 2 Tage vor dem Check-in erfolgt die Benachrichtigung um Mitternacht, ca. 12 Uhr Check-in, der Mitarbeiter sagte, eine halbe Stunde Benachrichtigung am Abend per Telefon sei ausreichend. 2) Ankunft am Flughafen, etwa 40 Minuten vor Abflug, Anruf, niemand antwortete. Schließlich fand ich ein anderes Telefon, um den Kollegen mitzuteilen, dass sie auf uns warten sollten. 3) Als ich an der Hoteltür ankam, war niemand draußen. Ich sah das Telefon an der Tür und rief an, um zu sagen, dass ich die Benachrichtigung kenne, und wartete dann etwa 25 Minuten. Draußen war es windig mit leichtem Regen und kalt. 4) Wenn man nicht weiß, wie das Management seine Mitarbeiter verwaltet, kann man damit auskommen. 5) Die Rezeption hat einen Computer so hoch aufgestellt, dass niemand ihn sehen kann, während die Mitarbeiter auf das Telefon hinten geschaut haben. 6) Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in dieser CLLIX-Gruppe übernachtet habe, ist dieses. 7) Generell benötige ich nach dem Einchecken keine Hygienemaßnahmen im Hotel, aber der Tag des Eincheckens hat nicht den Standard erreicht, sprachlos. (Ein großer Kleiderschrank mit nur 3 kleinen Kleiderbügeln, erbärmlich wenige Küchenutensilien) 7) Die weiblichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind gleichgültig gegenüber Herumalbern und sehen, dass Kunden, die um Hilfe bitten, nicht bereit sind zu helfen. Dieses Management ist ein großes Problem, ich hoffe, dass sie sich dem Problem stellen

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Die Lage ist top! Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Während der Osterfeiertage hatten zwar alle lokalen Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen, aber das war kein Problem, da wir direkt neben Chinatown wohnten! Die fleißigen Chinesen hatten alle geöffnet, wofür wir super dankbar sind, sonst wären wir wirklich verhungert! Die Zimmerausstattung ist auch sehr gut, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da das Zentrum von Melbourne nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die RMIT University und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Swanston befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit, Pool und Sauna zu nutzen, da diese nur von 7:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sind. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich wusste nicht, ob Zimmerservice angeboten wird. In der vierten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts, nach einem Tagesausflug, stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigungskraft unser Zimmer ohne unsere Erlaubnis betreten und gereinigt hatte. Stellen Sie sich vor, was passiert wäre, wenn unsere Sachen verloren gegangen wären – hätte das Hotelmanagement den Verlust tragen können? Bitte betreten Sie die Zimmer nicht ohne vorherige Absprache. Gäste, die den Service in Anspruch nehmen möchten, fragen selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung.
