"Pros: The room was much more spacious than I expected, very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also loved having a Smart TV in the room. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: One thing I found disappointing was that there were no women's sanitary products or basic pain relief available, which meant I had to go out early in the morning to purchase them myself. The shower pressure was also quite low, and the water temperature was often colder than expected. Overall: Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay and felt it offered great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again."

SSRuss83I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, vom Terminal zum Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmergröße ist gut für Entpacken und Ihre Sachen für die Reise wiederpacken. Da wir nicht das Frühstück in die Buchung aufgenommen haben. Es gibt 2 Alternativen zum Frühstück: 1. Das Frühstück des Hotels für 35AUD/person 2. Deli Cafe. Wir hatten dort einen Sandwich und Muffin. Es ist schnell und einfach, morgens bereit zu werden.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed. The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted by the most friendly team. My room poolside was absolutely spotless and had everything I needed for the night. It was also very quiet despite being close to a busy road. I had buffet breakfast which had a good selection plus surprisingly good coffee from a little machine. I had a very pleasant chat with the lovely lady who runs the buffet. Just a quick 5 minute walk up the road are a few good eateries and a little further along a couple of fast food places. I really can't fault the place or the staff and confidently recommend it to anyone wanting the convenience of a place to stay close to the airport at a good price.

DDaphh02The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

GGastnutzerWunderbares Hotel! Nach der Eincheckung erinnerte sich Mark an die Rezeption unverzüglich an, wo wir herkamen, und auch daran, dass wir online eincheckt haben und uns dafür dankbar sind. Wir fühlen uns respektiert und begrüßt. Er hat uns auch an Orten, wo wir sehen konnten, Vorschläge gemacht, die großartig waren. Der Service des Hotels, vor allem Mark, war großartig! Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit schöner Dusche. Wasserdruck könnte besser sein. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, dass ich es mit mir nehmen möchte. Klingelnder Beweis ist nicht in Frage. Alles ist einfach perfekt! Natürlich ist die Lage auch ein Plus mit nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zum CBD.

GGastnutzerDas Hotelzimmer selbst ist großartig, das Zimmer ist immer jeden Tag gereinigt, auch wenn wir es nicht beantragt haben. Das war nur eine Nacht (aus 3), dass die Hausaufsicht das Zimmer gereinigt, aber nicht das Bett machte, das akzeptiert. Aber das herausragende war, es gab diese eine Frau Frontdesk-Personal, die uns erlaubt, um 08:00 Uhr anzumelden, die den Aufenthalt erstaunlich gemacht! Halten Sie die gute Arbeit.

GGastnutzerIt would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

MMandy PuaDie Lage ist sehr praktisch, da das Zentrum von Melbourne nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Die RMIT University und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Swanston befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit, Pool und Sauna zu nutzen, da diese nur von 7:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sind. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich wusste nicht, ob Zimmerservice angeboten wird. In der vierten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts, nach einem Tagesausflug, stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigungskraft unser Zimmer ohne unsere Erlaubnis betreten und gereinigt hatte. Stellen Sie sich vor, was passiert wäre, wenn unsere Sachen verloren gegangen wären – hätte das Hotelmanagement den Verlust tragen können? Bitte betreten Sie die Zimmer nicht ohne vorherige Absprache. Gäste, die den Service in Anspruch nehmen möchten, fragen selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung.
