Dies war eine Reise mit meiner Frau in Melbourne für ein paar Tage, bevor wir nach Tassie gehen. Wir blieben im höchsten Zimmer (beachten Sie, die höchsten Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf den unteren Etagen, unsere war auf der 2. Etage). Am Tag der Ankunft, während wir unsere Gepäck aus unserem Auto laden (es gab ein paar Taschen, als wir gerade in einen Weinberg gingen und 4 Flaschen gekauft hatten), die 2 Wächter am Hintertüreingang, die uns klar sahen, Aber nicht mit dem Gepäck geholfen, noch informieren Sie den Front Desk, um uns zu helfen. Wir schlossen uns mit den Mehrfachgepäck (mit den 4 Weinflaschen) zu tragen, während die Wächter beobachteten. Am zweiten Tag waren die Wächter freundlich - sie hielten mit Türen und greeten uns. Auf der Reinigung, nach der ersten Nacht war unser Zahnpasta leer, aber das Reinigungspersonal ersetzte nicht mit einem neuen Satz, aber das Gesamtzimmer war sauber bis zu einem Standard. Aber unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine Ungewöhnlichkeit an der zweiten Nacht (die erste Nacht war gut) nicht sicher, was das Problem war, aber es riechte wie Küche kochen Geruch (wir kochen nicht dort). Das Frühstück war von guter Wert und das Personal dort arbeitete freundlich und sehr verantwortlich, ich würde sagen, dass das beste Frühstück unseres Aufenthalts da aus den Augen war.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. Hotel about 15-20mins walk from city centre and can pop onto tram in free tram zone. Toilet bowl had a smelly drainage smell which holds presence in the air everytime you flush, was pretty unpleasant.

On 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

Die Lage ist großartig, im Zentrum des Geschäftsviertels, in der Nähe von Chinatown und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Bibliothek, das Museum und die Kirche sind alle in der Nähe und können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es gibt viele Restaurants mit europäischer und asiatischer Küche zur Auswahl. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die Kellner waren sehr nett. Ein Hotel, das Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch in Melbourne unbedingt wählen sollten.

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und die Dekoration ist avantgardistisch. Ausstattung: Sehr gut Hygiene: Sehr gut Umgebung: Geeignet für Geschäftsleute Service: Sehr gut, die Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, sodass Sie für den Transport in der Stadt nichts bezahlen müssen. Es ist auch nur ein oder zwei Haltestellen vom Bahnhof entfernt.

The breakfast was probably the worst I had in a 5-star hotel. The variety was limited and the quality was bad, e.g. only 3 kinds of fresh fruits and the water melon looked pale. The bathroom was big but the shower place was so tiny. I tried to use the top shelf of the wardrobe. Luckily I used my hand to test if there was any dust. The dust flied right into my eyes when I used my hand to feel the cleaniness! The heat was so insufficient. Their house keeping staff was poor trained. I asked not to clean my room by hanging a sign on the room and turning on the Do the Disturb light. To my surprise, I went back to the room in the afternoon. The staff came in the room. Drew open the curtain. Turned off the Do not disturb. Did not do any cleaning but left me a note that they already cleaned my room according to the instructions! The hotel was also poor in maintenance. I finished breakfast (in the basement) and tried to go back to the room by the lift. The lift came but could not close the door. There was also a staff there and she advised me to take the steps to ground floor. I went to ground floor and only found another lift was out of service. They only had 3 lifts going to the rooms. Beisdes the location which is very central, I cannot thnk of anything to appreciate the experience.
