夫婦2人が経営。クスコの広場から歩いて5分ほどと非常に素晴らしい立地。しかしながら坂の上にあり、なおかつ標高の高い場所ということでそもそも空気が薄いため、その点には留意。なお空港から広場までは乗合バスも(ノリと勢いと心の余裕さえあれば)行ける。しかしながらシャワーでお湯が最初は出なかった。そのためホテル運営をしている旦那さんに毎回連絡しなければならず、その点は不便だったかも。しかしながら、WhatsAppで何かあれば駆けつけてくれるし、マチュピチュに行く際にも荷物を丸々置かせてくれたり、おすすめの水力発電所駅までの乗合バスを確保してくれたりと、その点に関してのサービスは最適であった。

Если Вы не притязательный турист, возможно, путешествуете с рюкзаком-вариант хороший, для любителей комфорта не советую

I stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest.

The man at the reception was very kind. The facilities and services are excellent, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time. The rooms are clean. The showers have hot water. The kitchen is spacious. There is also a video viewing room. Since it is in Cusco, tours will pick you up in front of the hotel. They will also store your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu. It was really good.

Właściciel dbał o serwowanie śniadań i dopilnowanie bagażu, kiedy podróżowaliśmy w inne miejsca. Śniadania w porządku, mogłyby być większe i bardziej różnorodne (codziennie pieczywo, odrobina masła, odrobina dżemu, 3 plasterki szynki i sera na dwie osoby i mini porcja jajecznicy). Herbata dostępna całą dobę. Papierowe kubki zazwyczaj były, ale nie było dostępnych szklanek, sztućców do używania w pokoju.
Przy zameldowaniu nikogo nie było w środku, ale na szczęście był z nami przewodnik który skontaktował się z właścicielem.
Pokój dość chłodny ale jest elektryczny grzejnik, dzięki temu mieliśmy bardzo ciepło. Łazienka malutka, kotara w prysznicu trochę przepuszcza wodę więc w łazience jest mokro.
Zestawy kosmetyków dostępne.

Artinka酒店，以colonial house改建，走精品路線，藏身在plaza de armas四通八達的小巷內，晚上巷內酒吧歌舞昇平吵得不得了，但一走進酒店內，聲音降低不少。分兩次住了4晚，一次在3樓的房間，有點吵。另一次在2樓的房間，居然一點聲音也沒有！
位置超好，房間整潔，服務也很好，滿意。

GGastnutzerHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken an der Rezeption achtet das Hotel wirklich auf jedes Detail. Das Belmond Hotel Cusco ist ein umgebautes Kloster. Das Hotel hat auch eine Kirche, die sehr charakteristisch ist. Das spanische Hofdesign ist elegant und elegant. Das Hotelfrühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Ich war an diesem Tag spät hier und wurde upgegradet, sehr zufrieden. Es befindet sich neben dem Waffenplatz und hat eine gute Lage. Tolle Erfahrung in Cusco! Der Preis von Ctrip ist viel billiger als die Buchung und er ist sehr leistungsstark!

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Ein besonderer Schrei an Rocio, den Empfangs- und Toursverkäufer, der unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bemerkenswert machte. Seine warme Willkommen und aufmerksamen Service setzte den Ton für unseren Besuch. Rocio ging oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass ich alles benötigte, von der Eincheckung bis zu empfehlen lokale Touren, die perfekt unseren Interessen entsprechen. Seine Kenntnis und Leidenschaft für die Gegend machte eine Freude zu erkunden.
Vielen Dank, Rocio, für Ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und für den Aufenthalt im Hotel Andian Dream so besonderen! Ihr Engagement für Ihre Gäste ist wirklich geschätzt.

GGastnutzerI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe staff members are friendly when you see them, but two problems I encountered: the intro page of the hotel says it has a 24-hour front desk but it doesn’t! One night I finished drinking with friends and returned to the hotel at 12:25, the main door was locked, I called and knocked for 15 mins and no one replied - worse still I have a 4:30am pick up for Machu Piccu tour the following morning and I couldn’t change my clothes, charge my phone or bring anything with me because they just wouldn’t open the door! I couldn’t book another hotel either because any booking of the day only allows check in at 11am. I ended up sleeping in the sofa of a nearby hotel Prisma Hotel who was fully booked but kindly let me stay a night at their lobby.
Another thing was - the hotel room lock was shady and it became unlocked automatically sometimes.
It’s not somewhere you feel you can trust.

SS_KKThe rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.
