The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. It's a place where every detail is taken care of, leaving guests with a sense of luxury and relaxation. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Brooklyn was nothing short of perfect. It's a hotel that truly understands the needs of its guests and delivers on every front. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster für einen günstigen Kurzurlaub gebucht und bekam bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Fenster, ein Doppelzimmer, ein riesiges Zimmer, ein bequemes Bett und Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten, eine Dusche über der Badewanne, mitten im Stadtzentrum. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und teilte mir mit, dass der Aufzug geöffnet sei und ich um 10 Uhr auschecken müsse. Sie bieten einen späten Check-out um 12 Uhr für 10 £ oder um 13 Uhr für 20 £ an. Auch das Frühstück wurde zu einem reduzierten Preis von 9,95 £ angeboten, wenn es bei der Ankunft gebucht wurde. Ich buchte das Zimmer für 34 £, aber die Option, das Frühstück einzuschließen, kostete auf trip.com 42 £, also eigentlich nur 3,50 £ pro Person für ein Frühstück, was ich für ein gutes Angebot hielt, entschied mich, hier nicht zu frühstücken. Der Automat für Snacks, Schokolade, Chips und Getränke war rund um die Uhr am Aufzug geöffnet, der Fernseher im Zimmer, der Sicherheitsdienst vor Ort ließ einen nicht in das Gebäude, bis man seine Buchungsnummer und seinen Ausweis vorgezeigt hatte, und war ein bisschen übertrieben. es wird bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt, dass Gäste, die hier übernachten, nach 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr herkommen können und an der Rezeption für jede Person einen Ausweis vorzeigen müssen, das habe ich vorher nicht gesehen, normalerweise zeigt das gebuchte Hotel einfach seinen Ausweis, also ein bisschen übertrieben.

Booked this for my partner and son who were doing the old Trafford tour and went to a game. Typical man, partner didn't take any photos. He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘

Zimmer und Bett waren fantastisch, Bad ok … Wasserhahn im Bad ist abgefallen … hätte mir für den Preis einer Übernachtung mehr Toilettenartikel und einen Bademantel und Hausschuhe gewünscht. Hätte mich nur gewarnt, einen Platz im Pool zu buchen, hatte mich nach so einer langen Reise wirklich auf ein Bad gefreut und habe keinen bekommen … da alles ausgebucht war … Ich würde auch andere Leute warnen, dass der Pool gegen 18 Uhr geschlossen ist … also kein ruhiges Schwimmen spät in der Nacht … Personal war reizend, Bett war super bequem 😴

I discovered this hidden gem by accident. I had almost given up on finding a hotel that was close enough to the airport as well as to local shopping and had ac. There are only two things I have a problem with in regards to this place. Please note there is not an elevator or lift as the UK states. The other draw back is there is no way to shield the light in the bathroom area. It is hard to describe. There is a beautiful glass door to the right and left in the bath area with a sink in the middle of the space. If one has to get up to use the facilities the light being turned on glares in the face of the other one in bed. One other note is to be careful when closing the glass door. When I closed the door, my finger got closed in the door and it actually cut my finger below the cuticle. After 3 days, my finger is blue and sore. While the hotel is directly under the local airport's flight pattern, we never heard planes unless we were outside. The grounds are astounding as is the building itself. Make sure to check out the artwork throughout the place. If you like hidden staircases, watch out. The place appears to be kid friendly. There is a fabulous playground adjacent to the property. Make sure to purchase duck food for the locals. The bar, while somewhat limited in its offerings, was suitable for us. As to cost, the prices were comparable if not better than other bars/pubs we have visited.. We did not dine in the restaurant, but from what I say, the food looked amazing. The young man working reception was so very nice to help with our luggage as well as anything else we may have needed. The young ladies working in the bar were also very nice. In fact, they were so embarrassed by my asking to take their photo. They said no one had ever asked to take their photo.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fernbusbahnhofs und von Chinatown und ist von vielen Restaurants umgeben. Es kostet nur 47 £ pro Nacht, inklusive Frühstücksbuffet und Twining-Teebeuteln, was sehr kostengünstig ist! Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass die Schalldämmwirkung des Hotels recht schlecht ist und mitten in der Nacht das Laufgeräusch auf dem Flur zu hören ist. Ich habe mich für einen fensterlosen Raum entschieden und es fehlte an Temperaturkontrolle, so dass es in der Winterunterkunft etwas stickig wirken kann. Was das Sommeraufenthaltserlebnis betrifft, ist es vielleicht noch schwieriger, es sich vorzustellen!

I've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double. Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed. Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it. On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

My room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs. Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.
