During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

Im Zentrum von Manchester gelegen, gibt es eine Straßenbahn nicht weit von der Tür entfernt. Nach Selfridges sind es zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten Das Spa im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt dort tolle Gesichtsbehandlungen. Obwohl das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen ist, wurde die Toilette renoviert Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief relativ schnell, aber niemand bot Hilfe beim Gepäck an, was etwas enttäuschend war. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und ich werde weiterhin bleiben!

Obwohl der Verkehr nicht nahe der Bahnhof ist, gibt es einen kostenlosen Bus in Manchester City, und es gibt einen Supermarkt unten, Die Kellnerin ist freundlich und freundlich. Und die Verfahren sind einfach und schnell. Umwelt- und Gesundheitsversorgung. Und die Zimmer sind abgestürzt.

Hallo, Ich habe meine Reise durch Trip.com wegen eines besseren Preiss gebucht. Ich habe das Hotel in besonderer Anfrage informiert, dass ich das Hotel gebucht habe, um meinen 20. Hochzeitstag zu feiern. Die Spa-Anlagen waren sauber. Das Fitnesscenter war gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück hatte jedoch nur begrenzte Möglichkeiten.

It’s not 5 star… Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced” Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point  Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off You pay 5 star prices and don’t get 5 star package, arrived early so was ok not getting my room but to sit and watch in excess of 50 people get checked in after me and still not get my assigned room after 3pm is poor at best  Upgraded to a suite when we complained about the overall room and experience after being told our original room is an held as an upgrade for others but I had already paid for this level of room may months ago… Breakfast, food and in restaurant was superb but was challenged at the front as they had no record of my having already prepaid for breakfast which I then had to show them proof from my booking details  We felt judge on arrival which made us feel uncomfortable and felt like as we hadn’t booked direct then we were held back in room allocation  We won’t be back as stayed in much better hotels in the area at a much cheaper price, as said “imbalanced”

Der Hotelrezeptor war am hilftlichsten, Parkplatz direkt außerhalb des Eingangs, Zimmer komfortabel, entspannt und gut vorgestellt. Wir wählen ein einfaches Essen von frisch gekochtem Kabeljau und Chips, das lecker war. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen waren gut mit Handtüchern und Kleidern ausgestattet. Eine öffentliche/bewohnerbar war lebendig und es war für Nichtbewohner, die zwischen den Terminals bewegen, zugänglich. Die Aussichten auf Flüge vom Flughafen während des Abends waren angenehm zu sehen. Ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Zimmerservice. Empfohlen.

room was clean beds and ere comfy, the staff weren’t that cheery. The gym and pool facilities which are included and really good. Would stay again.

Das Hotel war perfekt für unsere Reise zum O2 Apollo. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr hilfreich und konnten nicht genug für uns tun. Das Zimmer war großartig und das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Zimmer und Frühstück waren beide sehr gut, der Service ebenfalls, und die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die etwas hohen Parkgebühren. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt und viel verbessert mit der Renovierung. Personal war auch ausgezeichnet, sicherlich bis zu dem Standard, den wir kommen.zu erwarten von Marriot Hotels. Das Zimmer war schön und komfortabel, großes Pool, Sauna, Fitnessraum und die Lage ist ruhig. Großer Kaffee auch, wert eine Erwähnung. Wird sicher wieder bleiben
