The place was nice, nice staff and decent accommodation for the price. We saw a few scary people and things outside and around the hotel that put us off but overall it was a good stay

Ample parking. Sheffield is a bit misleading it's a 30min drive. It's southbound but only a short drive to turn onto northbound. Reception helpful and friendly 24hr. Free parking, rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower and bath work well. A decent place for a night stopover.

Accommodation was simple, comfortable and spotless. Was close to the Sheffield Ice - where I was going. Lots of places to eat close by. Certainly recommend this place for anyone attending Sheffield Ice.

Bar staff could make more of an helpful but good venue for business and weddings.

Love this hotel ❤️ 2nd stay here this year Came for a birthday treat and Antonia on the desk treated us to a late checkout and 2 free drinks at the bar! Great customer service. The beds are the most comphy beds I've slept in....would have took it home if I could! Great location for the train Station and lots of near by car parks if you drive. The bar has a good vibe sells a mice range of beer including Camden Pale Ale. Good ciffeea too at reasonable prices. The bar staff are very friendly. The all you can eat and drink breakfast is 10/10 and is on until 11amnat the weekend...perfect after a big night out Would definitely recommend 👌

Der Platz muss nicht viel renoviert werden. Aber einige Arbeit ist erforderlich. Toiletten sind zu klein, Zimmer sind massiv. Toilettentappen wurden gebrochen. Sie könnten viel besser mit Frühstückswahlen tun. Insgesamt nicht schlechter Ort für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

Requires , up date eg how do I communicate with guests in rooms if trapped in the event of a fire. What actually is the correct process . Maybe update the signage to be more informative To much small print . Emergency lights on exit areas not illuminating walkways nearly fell . Suppose these things happen

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die weniger zufriedenstellenden Aspekte waren, dass die Zimmerfenster nicht geöffnet werden konnten, und der Reinigungsservice des Hotels war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Ich habe mehrere Morgen auf dem Vorderbüro erwähnt, dass ich das Zimmer gereinigt und sogar das ”Bitte sauber” Zeichen auf der Türknopf hang, aber das Zimmer war nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Es ist unglaublich, dass ein Kette Hotel so schlechte Reinigungsstandards hat.
