翡翠酒店評分相對它的整體服務和設施來説實在太低了，它的整體條件已經比很多酒店都好了。乾淨整潔，早餐很好。酒店位置也好，步行可以逛市區內幾個景點。翡翠酒店的工作人員也都特別好，經理李康洪很熱情，有事找他他都積極給予幫助，還提供了不少諮詢。他們前台女士也非常好，幫我們聯繫環島遊司機，司機臨時變卦水了我們之後，前台女士又主動幫我們另找了個靠譜的司機，環島遊了一圈，很滿意。

I booked this place at the last minute after my previous accommodation arrangement was cancelled just as we arrived in Tonga. Even though it was well before the official check-in time, I called and explained that I had a meeting to get to in less than 30 minutes, and they kindly agreed to let me check in early. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality I received from the moment I arrived. They made what had been a very stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated it. I would stay here over and over again! I also loved the pizza and steak I had while I was there. Such a lovely experience overall, and I would happily recommend this place.
