GGastnutzerThere were several items which I was unhappy about and had I been informed of them prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere else.
On checking in were asked to supply our credit card for a 200 euro hold to be placed on it! I find the requirement completely outrageous in that you seem to assume that I'm going to cause some damage to your hotel and want to be covered in the event. That is totally unacceptable in the case of two 70 year olds staying for one night. Had we been a party of young lads on a stag night out you could understand it. Sorry bud......not on.
It was late when we arrived and were very pleased that there was a restaurant on the premises to revive ourselves. The menu was very narrow as was the wine list and the food wasn't very appetising. I wouldn't eat there again.
We visited the roof top bar which was deader than a funeral home and so we took ourselves back to the main bar for the rest of the evening.
The lift has confusing information . On the outside it lists the floors as 1, 2, Reception. When you get into the lift it has buttons for 1, 2, 0+ and 0-. Not a word about reception and of course we went to wrong floor for reception. A small thing but annoying and easily fixed.
There was no stairs from our room to the reception that we could find either. I'm fairly sure that a stairs is a legal requirement in the event of a fire but I couldn't find one. And I looked twice!
On the positive side, when we left the next morning, a really nice chap checked us out and when I got into my car I discovered that the lens from one of my glasses had popped out . I went back into the hotel and the hotel porter who had just checked me out could not have been more helpful. We found the lens beside the bed and made the repairs. Your man is wasted in the hotel porter role. You should give him the top job in my opinion.
I won't be rushing back.

YYINGDas Hotel ist ein altes Gebäude, es sieht sehr klassisch aus, aber es scheint, als ob die Brautschneide noch den Boden mit Schalenschneid geschlagen hat, der Geschmack ist sehr groß. Da es sehr spät ist, um Abendessen zu essen, fand Ihr Unterseite den Geschmack schon halb Nacht, es tut mir leid, stört mich, das Fenster ist eine Nacht geöffnet und sehr traurig.

Et leur resto était plein donc pensez à réserver surtout le week-end
On a trouvé qu’une seule serviette pour la douche et la piscine donc j’ai du insister pour avoir une deuxième. La réceptionniste a accepté de nous en donner.
La piscine devient pleine pendant les heures où c’est accessible mais c’est très bien, propre et moderne

JJames DobleI recently stayed at the Hôtel de Bourbon (the Mercure one) in Bourges, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little piece of history while still having all the modern comforts you could want.
My room was a classic double, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent—properly supportive after a day of wandering around—and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower with good water pressure. Everything felt freshly renovated (they did a big update around 2018), with a nice blend of modern touches and the old abbey character. Some rooms overlook the park, which must be lovely in summer.

LLynnette DawnThis hotel is beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely luxurious and very comfortable. There is a lift to access the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free car park just behind the hotel, which we found easily. The area feels very safe. You can also pull up outside the hotel on the parking bays, and the hotel will provide you with a free permit for 2 hours so you can unload your baggage and settle in before parking your car in the carpark. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful river setting, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

RRimka850Only critic that I can say is that the entrance that leads to the hotel could be improve, it felt like we were going to get lost in the middle of a jungle 😅.
Other than that, beautiful rooms with a private terrace, very tasty food in their restaurant that we went for the bistro but definitely need to try out the fine dining one next time, even the breakfast was full of choices from French to international style. Stayed for one night with my fiancé but definitely will come back for more!

AAAlllliieeDie Lage ist super, die beiden Schlösser sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz, der sich gut zum Parken eignet. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe, aber kein gutes chinesisches Essen. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, was für ein europäisches Hotel eher ungewöhnlich ist.

Jjaneliu****Das Qingdao hat sechs Stockwerke, eine Leitung und eine sehr geregelte Verwaltung. Alle Aspekte sind sehr gut, es gibt Schlaflampen, im Zimmer gibt es Toiletten, und Tische, es ist sehr bequem, zu Attraktionen und zum Bahnhof zu gehen. Dies ist der erste Qingdao mit Küchengeräten und einem Schrank, den ich in Frankreich gesehen habe. Die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch.
