Ich liebe diesen kurzen Aufenthalt einer Nacht mit meiner Tochter und der Empfänger ist sehr ödmjuk und freundlich. Ich liebe diese Nacht Safari vor allem den heißen Frühling. Wenn Sie mich fragen würde ich zurückkommen, um zu bleiben? Sicherlich will ich.

Der Platz ist sauber und überblickt den Park. Der Platz ist nur für 8 von uns richtig. Einfach einchecken. Danke für die Zuweisung von zwei Parkplätze in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Das Bad ist ein wenig schleifend für ältere Menschen wie mich. Bitte überprüfen Sie den Wasserheizer, die Warmwasserversorgung ist nicht konsistent.

Gute Lage mit direkter Anbindung an die Ipoh Parade. Einkaufszentrum, 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Safe im Zimmer. Gute Matratze und Kissen. Es gibt eine schöne Badewanne. Seltsamerweise gibt es im Badezimmer jedoch keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher abzulegen – unpraktisch. Ich mag den Infinity-Pool auf dem Dach mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Stadt und die fernen Hügel. Der Hotelparkplatz befindet sich auf Ebene 4, eine ziemliche Fahrt über die kreisförmige Rampe. Das Frühstück ist nicht überragend, aber akzeptabel.

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

The location was very strategic for me and my buddy. The amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean. The ambience were nice. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the staff named Rebecca. She was so helpful and kind. Please forward my appreciation to her via her Supervisors. thank you. overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Der Ort war gut, aber es in einem Wohngebiet und kann schwierig zu finden sein. Der schlimmste Teil war das Badezimmer. Das Bad-Tube Drainage war sehr schlecht und es überflüssig in das Zimmer. Dies verursacht einen sehr schleifenden Boden und ziemlich gefährlich, vor allem mit Seife Wasser. Die Management sollte sich das vorsehen und ernsthafte Verletzungen auftreten.

Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again. Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe. There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.

Sehr schön das Hotel direkt am Fluss gelegen, zur Altstadt circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr alt verwinkelt und historisch. Am Abend gibt es genügend Restaurants und Kneipen fast alles im Außenbereich.

The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh.

The guard are very friendly and prepare well for the guests who check in.
