The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

Ich würde es als romantisches Hotel mit Meerblick bezeichnen! Direkt neben Castel de Ovo gelegen, versprüht es klassischen Charme und hat Geschichte zu bieten; es scheint einen gewissen Ruf zu haben … denn ich bin dort eines Abends einem italienischen Ministerpräsidentenkandidaten beim Wahlkampf begegnet … und einer riesigen Schar von Reportern mit Kameras und Mikrofonen! Buchen Sie unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick; das neapolitanische Blau wird Sie verzaubern, und die Kamera kann seine Schönheit mit bloßem Auge nicht einfangen. Neben dem Meerblick sollten Sie unbedingt das Frühstück probieren. Es ist zwar einfach, aber wirklich gut. Das Atemberaubendste ist, mit diesem unvergleichlichen Meerblick zu frühstücken – einfach traumhaft! Abends verwandelt sich das Hotel in eine Bar … und ist immer gut besucht. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Pflegeprodukte von einer traditionsreichen italienischen Marke stammen … ich fand sie fantastisch! Eine kurze Suche auf Taobao zeigt, dass sie 200 RMB für etwas über 100 ml kosten… Es sind etwa 10 Gehminuten bis zur Fußgängerzone und etwa 8 Gehminuten links zum Königspalast.

Unser Aufenthalt in B&B Maiori Suites war fabulös. Die Lage war großartig, es war ruhig und nahe dem Strand mit großen Restaurants in der Nähe. Es ist auch nahe Amalfi und das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen wurden jeden Tag wieder gefüllt. Top Hotel.

Die Lage des Hostels ist wirklich die beste !! 👍🏻👍🏻 Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt vor dem Strand, vor dem Hostel befindet sich eine Musikbar, so dass Sie kostenlos guten Musik zu hören. Ich frage mich, ob es eine bessere Lage in Positano gibt. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sind alle verfügbar. Es kann ein wenig schwierig sein, den Eingang zur Unterkunft beim Einchecken zu finden, aber das große gelbe Gebäude ist die Unterkunft, und es gibt einen Eingang zwischen dem Restaurant und der Unterkunft auf der linken Seite. Wenn Sie die Eisentür eintreten, ist der Ort, an dem Sie auskommen, das Hostel! Der Gastgeber ist eine alte Dame namens Rossa, die nicht sehr gut Englisch spricht, aber sie versucht, so freundlich und einfach wie möglich zu erklären. Ich wollte den Porterservice am Tag der Abreise nutzen, so habe ich alle Reservierungen gemacht. Ich war besorgt, weil es viele schlechte Bewertungen gab, aber es war wirklich gut. Es war so schön und schön. Wir haben unser Zimmer aktualisiert. Jeder macht eine Buchung :) Ich möchte die freundliche rosa sehen. We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Sehr gut, ganz nah am Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof im Stadtzentrum. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren, als wir früh ankamen. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch super.

If you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
