Komfortable Zimmer, sehr sauber, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, angemessene Parkplätze und sehr gutes Personal Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist gut gelegen, aber es ist etwas teuer für sein Niveau. Jedoch, ich empfehle es, wenn Sie Antofagasta besuchen.

Everything was ok, despite an incident in the last days. On the second last day, I left my wallet at the hotel, inside my bag, which was inside the closet, to go on a tour. When I returned back home and did my financial balance, I realized that 100 Euros were missing from my wallet. I want to make it clear that I write knowing that the guests' property is their responsibility, however, as I went out that day to hike a volcano, I thought it would be safer to keep my wallet in the room, since I wasn't using cash in Atacama, only credit card. I am writing to report what happened so that you can be aware of possible incidents at the hotel. I understand that individual actions do not reflect a company and the whole crew, but I tried to contact the hotel later and I didn't receive any sort of explanation. I checked on Booking and there's another comment about theft. The other guest was there last month as well.

We went to Hotel Terrado in Antofagasta because it was recommended by some friends. Considering the price, the service is subpar. The location has a perfect view to the sea and it’s central enough to move around the city without any problems. However, the hotel service needs improvement if they want to attract more people traveling for leisure. After three days in the hotel where we kept our beds made and our room clean, it was an ordeal to get a maid to change our sheets and clean our room. I asked three times and finally someone went around 7 pm to do the room. That particular day we were mostly out of the room while sightseeing and visiting some friends. Every time we returned to the hotel to change clothes or to use the bathroom, we realized the room was still in disarray. The receptionist Valentina was particularly concerned and helpful. Finally we got a maid to come, I felt bad for her because it was so late in the day, she probably wanted to go home. The breakfast buffet was excellent and also the waiting staff ( very kind and helpful). The restaurant of the hotel has good quality of food and drinks. However, the host of the restaurant was enthralled with her phone and when I asked why nobody was taking my order she said “we open at 1 pm” ( it was 1:07 pm). She freaked out when she realized it was actually time to start working. Some of the staff didn’t realize we were lodging in the hotel and rudely told us we didn’t have a reservation to use a table at dinner time (We’ve been in the hotel for three days by then). It’s ok not to know we were guests, it’s not ok the way they ask, in front of everyone, in an annoyed tone, and loudly. The manager of the hotel compensated our consume of a few drinks and cake the day of the cleaning the room mishap. We were grateful. One supervisor came to us to tell us about the free food/drinks and he was nice, until he started a weird diatribe about him being Mapuche instead of Chilean ( legally he is also Chilean in spite of being Mapuche…) Then he informed us ( mostly me, because my husband doesn’t speak Spanish) that Chileans are a horrible group of mixed races including “Spaniards, Arabs and Jews”. I was so shocked I just told him I also have Mapuche blood plus many other nationalities ( guess what… including Spaniard, Arab and Jewish). Everybody is entitled to their opinions and views, but when working in the hospitality industry, one need to be careful not to offend the guests. By the way, I’m Chilean with American citizenship. For once I was glad my husband didn’t understand Spanish. The next day a friend of mine came to visit with me and we went to the hotel restaurant to have a cup of coffee and water. All the days I’ve been there I didn’t charge anything to my room, because I prefer to pay as I go and keep all the receipts. The day of arrival, besides paying our stay in full, we paid a warranty of around $ 350 (approximately) to cover any charges or incidentals. I was sharing time with my

Es gibt eine Minibar im Zimmer, aber es war völlig leer. Schließlich ging er um 7 Uhr zum Abendessen und das Wartepersonal war nicht schöner als das Rezeptionspersonal - aber das Essen war gut. Das Zimmer war ruhig und komfortabel, aber es gibt keine USB-Anschlüsse und nur eine Seite des Bettes hat einen Anschlüssel jeder Art. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und in den gemeinsamen Bereichen war am besten mittelschwer. Untere Linie, es ist nahe am Flughafen und wird für eine Nacht tun, aber ich würde sicher nicht mehr da bleiben wollen.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful— in a way that made me feel like they were my friends and not performing their “duties as staff.” I had such a wonderful stay… I booked a chakra alignment/massage/energy work with Valesca and felt TRANSFORMED afterward. It was one of the best massages of my life. She was absolutely incredible. I arrived early (well ahead of check-in) and Carolina, one of the front desk staff, was so sweet. She did everything in her power to get me to a room as soon as possible, which was a BEAUTIFUL room with a rooftop terrace for stargazing in the evening. I never wanted to leave the property, actually, even though there are so many wonderful things to do in Atacama! All staff were super attentive and friendly— other highlights included Oscar, one of the most charming and knowledgeable staff I have met at any hotel, anywhere; Cristobal, the community manager who scheduled my wellness visit and I now feel like is one of my friends; Camila— who shared a super secret stargazing spot on the property; Sebastian, Kenny— you were both wonderful, too! I have read from other guests’ reviews that they thought the rooms were uncomfortable and hot— I went during record heat and when I requested a fan, it was in my room within 15 minutes, and it was quiet! Additionally, I found the beds to be incredibly comfortable and the rooms delightful. But most of all, what I would love to return to is this idea that at Habitas, you feel genuinely cared for and a sense of friendship and family. I would definitely book again.

Once we had eaten and completed the check in process someone from the tour desk sat down with us and planned our itinerary for our stay. It was hard to choose between all the excursions as there were so many that sounded amazing. However he listened to what we wanted and enjoyed, and we loved every excursion that he helped us pick out. We did the stargazing twice which was incredible, we planned our stay around the new moon which I would really recommend doing if you’re there for the stargazing. The food in the restaurant was incredible, as was the food we had on the excursions. All the staff were fantastic.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer wären ja eigentlich durchaus schön, ABER: Das Personal ist abwechselnd überfordert, unbeholfen, unflexibel oder einfach nur unfreundlich (Ausnahme war nur die Damen an der Rezeption bei unserem Check-Out um 4:30 morgens, die war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben wir aber sonst nie gesehen). Es gibt für die Anzahl der Zimmer viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool, genauso sind auch die Tische beim Frühstück zu wenig. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Und dann ist da noch das Restaurant. Das Frühstück war ein langweiliges Standard-Buffet, das war noch ok. Wir waren aber zu Silvester im Hotel und haben den Fehler gemacht, das SIlvester-Menu im Restaurant zu buchen. Die Vorspeisen- und Dessertgänge schwankten zwischen geschmacksfrei und langweilig. Der Hauptgang hingegen war ein lieblos hingerotztes Etwas. Für dieses „Erlebnis“ verlangte man immerhin fast €100 pro Person. Dafür sollte man schon erwarten können, dass in der Küche jemand ist, der die Grundbegriffe des Kochens beherrscht. Zusammengefasst: Man gibt hier vor zur Luxusklasse zu gehören, es fühlt sich jedoch alles eher an wie in einem billigen Hostal.

This hotel is perfectly located to walk around town but is very quiet. The hotel only has 12 rooms (huts) that are very comfortable and have nice bathrooms. The staff is always looking to assist with anything you need. The food is very good and the breakfast has more than enough options. One afternoon it was nice just to sit but the pool and read. This is a good value for the level of accommodation.

Quartos bem limpos e arrumados com fogão copos panelas, geladeira, agua potavel a vontade, tv e ar condicionado. Este ultimo era desligado a meia noite.. mas nao sentimos falta devido a ja estar mais fresco esse horario. Boa localização, 5 min de caminhada até a rua principal. Dona Rosana muito atenciosa e prestativa. Devido ao passeio ser muito cedo nos levava o café na noite anterior.

Als wir uns entschieden, nach San Pedro de Atacama zu gehen, war die Idee, einen Aufenthalt an den Ort zu wählen, vielleicht gewöhnt an die klassische Hotelbranche. Der Ort ist am Eingang von San Pedro de Atacama und wir haben ihn gewählt, vor allem weil es Orte gab, die zwar besser bewertet waren, aber auch davon ausgingen, dass der Nachtlärm den Aufenthalt verschärft. Es ist ein komfortables, nahe gelegenes Hostel ohne größere Garantien, geeignet für das, was wir suchten (Ruhe, Ruhe, Ruhe). Vollständiges Stück, privates Badezimmer, Kleiderschrank und geeignete Räume. Es verfügt nicht über TV, was es ruhiger und komfortabeler macht, vor allem in den Nachtstunden. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Pool, der für die Erfrischung dient****, ist auch umgeben von Sitzplätze zum Mittagsruhen oder zum Abendessen. Personalisierte Aufmerksamkeit von Johnny (Eigentümer) die Ihnen bei Bedarf helfen. Frühstücksbuffet für den Aufenthaltsort. WLAN unfein, ohne Abstände. Supermarkt vor der Hostel. Wir stimmen dem zu, was wir gewählt haben, sehr zu, und wir würden ihn wieder auswählen, wenn es einen neuen Besuch geben würde.

Das Hotel erfüllt das Mindeste, normale Zimmer, einige mit guter Aussicht. Was das Frühstück angeht, fand ich ihn arm, aber was mich am meisten von den Mitarbeitern, die am Frühstück waren, schockierte nichts wieder, alles war vorbei, und wir mussten die Gäste bitten, die Dinge wieder zu halten. Ich habe seit Montag (4 Tage) gehostet und jeden Tag war das gleiche Personal nicht heißen die Eier (es musste gebeten werden, sie zu heißen) heute Freitag gab es keinen Kaffee. Äh, ... Ich glaube nicht, dass das etwas von dem Hotel ist, eher von der schlechten Bereitschaft des Personals. Foi um prazer, atenção nota 10, café da manhã delicioso, abundante e variado, ****** que dava pra ver do lobby, pra quem tem criança e não pode entrar é um gostinho bem interessante. Perto da praia para caminhar e ao lado da avenida com os restaurantes. A piscina estava em reforma quando chegamos, mas abriu antes e aproveitamos, além de ter recebido uma compensação em voucher. Ah, o restaurante por preço fixo está maravilhoso e é sem dúvida um imperdível.
