The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Wir waren sehr freundlich und willkommen, als wir ankamen. Wir konnten uns am Restaurant direkt am Lobby essen, so dass wir dort Abendessen planen. Als wir 20 Minuten später zum Restaurant angekommen waren, sagten sie uns, wir könnten dort nicht essen, wenn wir nicht vorbehalten hatten, weil wir eine Hochzeit hatten, die sie an der nächsten Tür hatten. Die Dame sagte uns: „Wir müssen die Hochzeit von 200 Personen vorrangig machen“. Ich fragte, wo wir essen sollten und die Dame schrie. Einer der Wächter, der sehr nett entschuldigt und empfahl die Bar. Sie hatten einige Gerichte aus ihrem Restaurantmenü. Wir waren ziemlich irritiert, weil wir beide erschöpft waren und die Dame uns sehr grausam war. Wir sahen 20+ Leute wegen dieser Hochzeit von dem Abendessen abwenden. Ich verstehe vollkommen, dass sie sich auf eine Hochzeit und das Essen für die Hochzeit konzentrieren müssen, aber wir hätten uns darüber erzählt haben sollen, als wir ankamen, dass das Restaurant nicht verfügbar war, es sei denn, wir hatten bereits eine Reservierung gemacht. Das Resort ist sehr schön und es gab viele Spaße Dinge, die man dort tun kann, aber einige der Mitarbeiter waren ziemlich unfreundlich.

South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

Der Feuerpjt war in der Nacht für einen ruhigen Wind. Das Zimmer könnte wahrscheinlich sauberer oder besser gepflegt werden, da die Rohre im Zimmer sind ziemlich offensichtlich und die Loch in der Nähe der Wände in dem Gästezimmer sehen. Aber schätzen Sie es, da das Hotel auf einer Landseite befindet. Meine persönliche weiße Badhandtuch wurde von dem Haushalterteam entfernt, weil es ähnlich wie das Hotelhandtuch aussah. Glücklicherweise wurde es gerade vor der Abfrage gefunden. Danke an das Haushalterteam.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

Not my first time staying here nor will it be my last. The rooms are simple but just what I'm looking for when in the area. They have a sauna, indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. The property is up against a creek and they have a couple places with fire pits right by it. During the ski season there is also a bar downstairs that's a cool place to hang. The small lodges on the edge of the property are really cool and comfortable too!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt in der grünen Berglandschaft. Es kann im Winter Ski fahren, im Herbst die roten Blätter genießen und der Service ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind mittelgroß und die zwei Queensize-Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich und kostenloser Kaffee und Tee ist den ganzen Tag über gut. Es gibt Fitnessstudios, Schwimmbäder, SPAs und die Lage der Zimmer am Berghang fühlt sich gut an. Der Verkehr zu den umliegenden Aussichtspunkten ist auch sehr bequem. Das Netzwerksignal in den Bergen ist nicht gut und das WLAN des Hotels ist kein Problem.

Location was great. Pool are outdoor area were exceptional. The guest rooms are in need of being updated. The staff could have been friendlier. We were charged $25 for checking in an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready so there was zero time/effort for us to check in a little early. Definitely a bad policy.
