Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen – modern und ordentlich; gutes Frühstück; hervorragende Lage in Sharjah, in der Nähe eines Parks und einer schönen Promenade; Fischmarkt, Bahnhof, Supermärkte und Cafés sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Raucherzimmer sind verfügbar. Strandshuttle, arabischer Kaffee und Datteln in der Lobby. Der Blick vom Pool ist atemberaubend.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Lage und der Service sind ziemlich gut. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen, aber das Frühstück ist nicht gut, es gibt keine Auswahl. 👍

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

Excellent hotel, but I had a problem when leave the hotel : When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, so schön. Ausgezeichnetes Zimmer, super sauber, Nespresso-Maschine ist ein großes Plus, superweiche Bademäntel und Handtücher. Das Personal ist 10/10! Die Frühstücksauswahl ist großartig. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal mit unserem Kind in diesem Hotel. Vorteile: Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich nicht aus, wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, sie reinigen es jeden Tag, es ist sauber, der nächste Strand ist etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Diesmal gab es zu einem günstigen Zeitpunkt vor dem Mittagessen einen Transfer zum Strand von Al Khan. Wir bekamen praktisch das am weitesten entfernte Zimmer und daher war es ruhig! Minuspunkte: Das Zimmer war im 1. Stock und dort war es sehr feucht, die Wäsche trocknete überhaupt nicht. Wenn Sie ein Seil kaufen, können Sie es am Balkon aufhängen. Es liegt zwar nicht in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums oder anderer Infrastruktur, ist aber für lauffreudige Kinder ok. Aber es gab einen Transfer zur Mega Mall und zur Sahara Mall

Ruhe im Hotel im Januar 2024. Ein gutes Hotel an den Rand von Sharji, über die Straße bereits Ajman. Große grüne Fläche, drei Pools, ausgestatteter Strand. Waschbecken in der Nähe des Pools, hier wird Strandhandtücher auf der Karte ausgestellt. Es gibt eine russischsprachige Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles, tägliche Handtücherwechsel, Dusche. Es gibt eine Satte für Tee-Kaffee, zwei Flaschen Wasser für einen Tag. Der Strand ist sauber, regelmäßig sauber, das Meer ist langweilig, die rechten und linken Steine werden von kleinen Flocken von Fischen gehäuscht. Wasser im Januar ist cool, aber es ist möglich zu schwimmen. In den Pools wird das Wasser erhitzt. Die Personal-Einstellung ist freundlich, responsiv und die Anfragen werden auf einmal beantwortet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Transfer zu den Shorji Shopping Centers (ohne Registrierung, mehrere Male pro Tag), sowie zu Dubai Mall und Adjman (durch Voraufnahme). Sie wurden ursprünglich für eine Woche gestoppt, aber beschlossen, den Aufenthalt hier zu verlängern.
