The staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent. NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

Neben der Bahnhofsstation warme klassische kleine Hotels, das Frühstück ist groß, die Zimmer sind groß, es ist noch sauber und es gibt einen Pool. Der Chef ist sehr enthusiastisch und freundlich, das Gerät ist relativ alt. Die Zimmertür kann ein bisschen schwierig sein, die Badezimmerheizung scheint ein Fehler zu sein. Der Service ist bis 10 Uhr nur im Lift. Wenn es dringende Fragen gibt, den Stadtrat an den Chef zu richten.  Der Tisch des Zimmers ist groß, aber der Lift kann nicht mit dem Lift zusammenarbeiten.

Das neu renovierte Hotel befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, um Skiathos zu besuchen und die richtige Ruhe zu genießen, ohne auf die Bequemlichkeit des Ortes im Zentrum zu verzichten. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und verfügbar. Die Dienstleistungen sind großartig (Schwimmbäder, Bar, Frühstück). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und geräumig, obwohl mit einigen sehr kleinen Neo. Fantastisch, das Aussicht von der Terrasse, wo man Frühstück macht. Ich könnte dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amalia. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from Alexandra at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, kindly accommodating our request for two single beds and arranging our transfer to the ferry terminal, dinner suggestions etc. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options, and the service throughout our stay was warm and welcoming. Considering the price we paid, the hotel offered excellent value for money. We highly recommend Hotel Amalia to anyone visiting Skopelos and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Alexandra, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Loved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

Kommen Sie zu Meihuaola und spielen Sie in diesem Hotel in der Stadt. Sie haben zwei Nächte langsam gelebt. Ein zufriedenstellendes Aufenthaltserlebnis, vielleicht im Herbst des Tourismus, ist es nicht viel. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz an der Hoteltür, Sie können kostenlos parken, es gibt zu viele Parkgebühren als die über 20 Euro pro Nacht Inter-Athens. Der Hotelpersonalservice ist enthusiastisch, es gibt Zähne und andere in dem Zimmer, und die Zubehör sind auch nicht schlecht. Frühstück ist mit Eiern, Brot, Gentlemen, Obstsalat usw., und ein Kellner wird ein paar chinesische Worte sagen.

Das ist mein Lieblingshotel auf Reisen! ❤️ Die Lage ist super und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, und beide Frühstücke waren ein echter Genuss. Auch das kostenpflichtige Abendessen war fantastisch! 👍 Die Toast-Käse-Vorspeise mit Kräuterolivenöl werde ich nie vergessen. Obwohl das Zimmer nicht besonders groß war, war die Einrichtung warm. Das Doppelbett war ein Kingsize-Bett, und die Matratze und Kissen waren weich und bequem. Obwohl ich unter Schlaflosigkeit leide, habe ich zwei Nächte lang gut geschlafen! Es liegt in der kleinen Stadt Kalambaka am Fuße der Meteora, etwa 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem mehrere Autovermietungen sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten im geschäftigen Einkaufsviertel. Wenn ich in diese Gegend zurückkehren sollte, würde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! 👍 Ich habe es geliebt! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Yalis Hotel. Everything was wonderful — a lovely swimming pool area and, above all, the most amazing view over the sea. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfy. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries every day. The location is also very convenient: you can easily walk to several restaurants in Votsi, as well as a small beach nearby. The setting is beautiful and relaxing, and it was the perfect place to stay in Alonissos. We would happily come back!
