The room was cozy, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. The hotel also has a pool table for guests to enjoy, which was a nice bonus.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Hotel is good. Good location. Quite and peace. Only things..is hot water usage is limited. You cant bath even 5 minutes. Hot water become cold again while bath. They should use centralised hot water system. Other than this issue, all.is.good. staff very polite and humble. Clean and nead.

They charged an extra half room fare for early check-in which was not required at all because at vaishno devi most of the people just come & have a shower and then leave for the darshan.

This hotel at the prime location of Jammu is an extremely valuable find and our go to each time we return to Jammu. It is minutes from airport and staffs always know our preference. Room are cleaned every day on request. It is very easy to step into taxis outside of hotel or request for hourly use chauffeur car. It is also very safe for solo lady traveller.

We stayed at the radisson collection from 16-17 jun e 2024. We arrived at 11:00 am and the check in was smooth and rooms were allotted quickly. The rooms were near and clean. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but we did not use them. The gym, though small, has all the equipment for regular workout. The highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast experience. Good spread to cater to everyone and the chef was eager to meet our special requests. There is river jhelam riverfront walk in from of the hotel, which is good for morning and evening walks. Memorable stay and would like to visit again.

Lifetime Experience with unquestionable hospitality. Love to visit again in near future. Peaceful atmosphere with the beauty of nature all around. Ambience of Room was wonderful. Gandola ride and adventure activities were having unforgettable experience. Food quality is mouth watering.

GGuest UserDie Lage war eine Art bequem, aber dann wieder, zu was?
Der Service war freundlich, fachkundig und professionell.
Ich habe auf dem Badezimmerboden ein Getränk gegossen, so dass ich einige Gewebe verwendet habe, um es zu entfernen, lach und sieh die Gewebe schwarz. Ich war gemahlen. Ähnliche Situation trat in der Wohnfläche mit identischen Ergebnissen auf. Also unnötig zu sagen, Hygiene ist nicht von primärer Bedeutung. Auch wenn der Toilettensitz geschlossen wurde, die Rückseite der Decke wurde mit, ich würde mir vorstellen, Urin gefärbt.
Die Küche: Der Chef und der Maitre de haben den Tag gerettet, als das Abendessen von einem sehr hohen Standard war, Glückwunsch, gut gemacht 👏 ✔️

The staff were also very helpful and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10 minute drive away from the city centre which made it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants that the area had to offer. Despite being close to the city, the hotel was situated in a quiet area which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
My room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel City Way to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the city. The friendly owner, helpful staff, convenient location, and clean rooms make it a top choice for accommodation. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

KKangkan- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable.
- The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness.
- Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts.
- The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC.
- Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.
- No wardrobes.
- Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls.
- They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort.
- If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there.
- Morning tea, you need to go outside the room
I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

GGastnutzerwhen I booked 33 hotel after reading the services at make my trip aap ,it was written that two ways pick and drop to jammu airport is Available but when I enquired hotel 33 they said that people's fault as hotel people dint give any such services details to make my trip and hotel manager told me to find out from make my trip app people. only this was upset rest stay at hotel was Good. request this false services details not to be shown coz it gives us wrong hope.

VVik SharmaGreat location and service - very attentive, responsive and supportive staff. The food was just about acceptable (ok-ish/so-so). But the overall experience wasn't that great as the hotel looks and feels very tired and run down. The furniture and ambiance were very shabby. Bed and bedding need to be replaced pronto (probably all over 20 years old, and it shows/smells!). The whole place needs a refurb and a facelift to meet Radisson standards. Until then, it's a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. Nothing even close to 4-star and 5-star is out to the question.

GGastnutzerRoom description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it.
Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good.

GGastnutzerHerr Sarkar sehr hilfreich und gut Gastgeber - Gastfreundschaft ist 200%. Er schlug vor, die Zero-Punkt-Brücke zu besuchen und sogar genügend freundlich, um uns dort in seinem eigenen Auto zu fahren. Er zeigte uns den Weg zurück zum Hauszubleiben. Er hält auch einen Blick für uns und war besonders schön, als er uns gefunden und holte, als wir von der Zero Bridge zurück waren. Das Frühstück war gut, lecker und schnell. Die Gastfreundschaft war echt und zweit bis niemand. Ich würde diesen Platz für jeden auf einem Haushalt sehr empfehlen.
