Das Personal reagierte schnell auf meine Wünsche (keine davon war unangemessen oder unverschämt). Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank, einen Safe, ein Bügeleisen und ausreichend Stauraum. Die Möbel waren bequem. Ich war in den letzten sechs Monaten viermal in Panama-Stadt. Es ist weder das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, noch das schlechteste in der gleichen Preisklasse. Alles hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. Es kommt einfach darauf an, was man mag. Es liegt im Viertel El Congrejo, aber nur einen Block vom belebtesten Teil entfernt, sodass es nicht laut und trotzdem praktisch ist.

Zum Frühstück hatte ich meine liebste lateinamerikanische Polenta, und abends gab es (gegen Gebühr) Snacks. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauerte eine Weile, aber es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus für die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen . Es gab einen Außenpool im ersten Stock, was großartig war.

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

Wir mussten einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in der Stadt einlegen, um ein paar Papiere zu erledigen, und das Hotel bot einen guten Preis an. Uns fiel auf, dass das Hotel sehr alt ist und viele Dinge im Zimmer nicht richtig funktionierten oder sich nicht richtig schließen ließen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Wir hatten drei kleine Kinder dabei und waren die ganze Zeit sehr gestresst. Ich empfehle es nicht für Familien. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, es bot aber nicht viel Auswahl. Das Personal an der Rezeption war jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Hotelservice ist sehr enthusiastisch, die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr sauber, die Lage ist sehr gut, es liegt in der Stadt, es ist sehr bequem zu reisen, es ist überall in der Nähe, die alte Marke ist vertrauenswürdiger und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist immer noch akzeptabel

Clean and great location. Lacking in customer service - we were on the 18th floor, which was a good view but we had some party people beside us each night, keeping us up at night (3-4am) I would think security would notice and tell them to shut it down. Pool was clean, hot pool was not functional. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - alot to choose from and staff was constantly refreshing the food.

The hotel staff was fantastic. Especially the housekeeping ladies were very skilled, courteous, and punctual. However, a major downside of this hotel concerns the showers in the rooms, which should be a basic and essential service in a four-star hotel. The water quality is very poor, and the shower water flow is extremely low and inconsistent, with no way to adjust the temperature properly. Not to mention the smell of the water, which clearly indicates that the plumbing system needs a complete overhaul as soon as possible.

Ich habe zweimal in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Umgebung ist gut. Das Frühstück ist nicht für den chinesischen Geschmack geeignet. Aber wenn Sie nur Wert auf Hygiene legen, ist dieses Hotel definitiv eine gute Wahl.

El hotel no es muy grande en tamaño, pero ofrece una buena relación de calidad/precio. Sobre todo si aprovechas las promociones esta plataforma. Excelente ubicación, tienes el Metromall a unos metros, puedes llegar/ir desde/hasta el aeropuerto usando el tren , y cruzando la calle está Los Pueblos, donde encontrarás otras tiendas, posiblemente con precios más bajos. Tiene piscina y restaurante, ambos abiertos hasta las 11pm y un gimnasio pequeño al que puedes acceder 24/7. Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, acceso con tarjeta, con una cafetera y dos cápsulas de cortesía, así como una botella de agua. Tina de baño y regadera con agua caliente. Plancha y tabla para planchar, clóset, frigorífico y una caja fuerte. Adquirir habitación con desayuno es buena opción, se sirve desde las 6 de la mañana, es buffet con opciones limitadas pero seguro hay algo para todos los gustos. Si te gusta desayunar temprano o tienes un vuelo a las 9am, es una opción excelente, puede ser difícil encontrar donde desayunar temprano por esos lados y en el aeropuerto será más caro. El personal es muy amable y te permiten hacer check-in desde la mañana, aunque eso depende de la disponibilidad, no es obligación pero te ayudan si está en sus posibilidades.

Mein Aufenthalt war okay, gute Lage in der Nähe von tollen Restaurants und dem Einkaufszentrum Multi Plaza. Frühstück und Bar waren okay, mit freundlichem Personal. Die Mängel waren jedoch, dass das Zimmer eiskalt war; ich versuchte, mich anzupassen, aber es blieb kalt. Ich habe die Klimaanlage für die gesamte Reise ausgeschaltet, aber es war nie heiß. Das Zimmer braucht mehr Annehmlichkeiten; es gab nur Kaffee, wir mussten um Tee bitten, keine Bademäntel oder Hausschuhe. Außerdem hat das Housekeeping die Zimmer um 4 Uhr und später gereinigt, wenn die Gäste nach einem langen Tag zurückkamen und hineinmussten. Kein schlechtes Hotel, aber diese Probleme müssen behoben werden.
