Grand Vijayawada by GRT is an excellent Hotel, beyond my expectations.
Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping
Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.
Excellent ambiance.

GGastnutzerI booked a Family Suite through Trip.com, and the booking was processed via *******. I specifically selected and paid extra (around ₹6,000 / $85) for a package that included breakfast.
However, upon arrival at Ramee Guestline Hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my booking. The hotel staff clarified that they received the reservation from ******* without breakfast, meaning the issue lies with ******* as the intermediary.
This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from Expedia’s side. Due to this miscommunication, I had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for breakfast at the hotel.
Ramee Guestline Hotel handled the situation professionally, but Expedia’s lack of accuracy and coordination caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra cost.
I strongly urge Trip.com and especially ******* to ensure that booking details are clearly and correctly communicated. Customers should not have to suffer or pay extra due to backend errors between platforms.

GGastnutzerI stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night as I was visiting the Tirupati Balaji Temple. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short distance from the temple, which made my visit very convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The serene ambience and excellent service made my stay truly memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

Ein Bereich, der eine vollständige Änderung erfordert, ist das Frühstücksbüffetmanagement. Morgens Frühstücksbüffet war sehr chaotisch und das Frühstücksmanagement Personal verloren Kontrolle. Um einige Bereiche für Verbesserungen zu nennen, als Sie ins Geh-in, niemand hat Sie begrüßt und sitzen, niemand serviert Wasser oder erklärt das Buffet, mehrere Lebensmittelbäume waren leer, Frühstücksraum war sehr laut, Gäste kamen und sitzen wo immer sie wollen, etc. Ich empfehle dem Manager und dem Team, an der Tür zu sein, den Eingang zu kontrollieren, das Personal entscheiden, welcher Tisch sie zu sitzen, fragen, ob sie Wasser, Kaffee usw. wollen, Monitor und füllen Sie die Bins rechtzeitig. In einem Wort BF Team und Manager nehmen Kontrolle und implementieren glatte Disziplin.

GGastnutzerRamcharan hotel is good in terms of room space. It is near to Tirumala entrance car check point compared to other hotels which are in the city. The air quality level is good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty 😋. I recommend using it. In a room you will get 2 queen size beds which are good for four people. Parking is there, you will get space, however it is limited. Overall good experience 😃

GGastnutzerHallo, Ich besuche Tirupati jedes Jahr seit den letzten 4 Jahren. und jedes Mal mache ich es immer einen Punkt zu bleiben in dem besten westlichen Hotel. das Personal, die Menschen auf der Rezeption sind wunderbar. das Zimmer ist gerade richtig. kleine Renovierung hier und dort erforderlich, aber noch immer Der Preis und der Komfort des Hotels ist einfach fabulös.
Ich empfehle Menschen, die Tirupati für einen Tag oder 2 für Darshan besten Westen besuchen, den richtigen Ort für Sie zu bleiben.
