The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

Schnell und sauber Check-in. Das Zimmer ist in Größe, sauber und komfortabel. Die Fensteransicht war ok. Es ist leicht zu erreichen und der Aufzug war schnell. Es befindet sich in einer guten Lage und es gibt viele Restaurants, aus denen man wählen kann.

Parking space is near to hotel and hotel do provide EV charger with fees. Breakfast is delicious with variant food served. Only one thing is about the receptionist forgot to key our car plate number for us to get free parking. We almost want to pay rm98 for the overnight parking fees.

My first stay at Sheraton Johor Hotel, and I’m honestly speechless! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the little details that really make a difference. The concierge team was always warm, friendly, and ready to help. Every corner of the hotel smelled amazing,even the restrooms! Check-in was smooth, the room was beautiful, and every corner was picture-perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive selection ranging from American to Asian cuisine. There were so many delicious options that I was truly spoiled for choice. The pool was absolutely amazing! I loved the day beds, and the swimming pool playground was a wonderful addition for families with young children. One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a mall connected to the hotel. Although it’s not a huge mall, it has a great mix of quality stores, and there’s even an entire level dedicated to spas if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Great location, but water supply was a real problem Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars) Review: Book 2 rooms at Here Hotel Johor Bahru. The location is excellent—right near Sutera Mall with lots of food options around. There are also Karaoke and escape room around the corner. Super convenient for a short trip and Love the nostalgic shophouses vibes!!! However, the water supply was a major issue. The flow was weak and inconsistent, which made showering frustrating. For a hotel room, I expected basic amenities to work properly. Room was otherwise decent and clean, but the water problem really affected the stay. Good for location, but need to manage expectation. But for its price, it is valued for money.

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a short getaway. The location is excellent, especially for shopping and dining, with convenient access to Southkey and other nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The best part is the view. The view is insane. I love it. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is big and clean.The hotel is a bit outdated but nice and clean. The food has many varities and decent. Swimmimh pool is so big and nice. My kids enjoy it. My only concerned is there is no iron in the room. and we can only use it for 30min. It takes time to get iron because they were full house at that time. but still a nice stay for me and my family. thank you for the great hospitality.

Der Platz ist riesig. Gut für Familie mit Kindern, oder sogar größere Gruppen, viele Aktivitäten innerhalb des Resorts selbst zu tun. Viele Asche- und Gummibünsen rund um, nahezu jede Schleife in der Verbindung. Einrichtungen, die alt laufen, einige Dinge in einigen Zimmern können nicht gut funktionieren, d.h. die Wandsockel und Klimaanlage.

Das Eckzimmer verfügt über eine eigene übergroße Terrasse und auch die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Hauses sind sehr neu und sauber. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind jeden Tag sehr beliebt, wirken aber nicht zu überfüllt. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich malaysisch und mit allen Ländern kompatibel, vor allem beim Frühstück bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wellen in der Saison zu hoch sind und man nicht ans Meer gehen kann und die öffentlichen Fahrräder etwas abgenutzt sind, sind der Service und die Verpflegung rund um die Uhr sehr gut.
