Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Didn't take a lot of pictures this trip except for beautiful sunrise from window but stay was very pleasant! Came in to clean accommodations, like 4/5 start Hotel style clean. Gave me a peace of mind from reading all the could have been horror stories from other reviews of other places. Location is convenient for those looking to stay near the border and citi square area. Most things were a few minutes drive away, not so long to get there. Though definitely more recommended for those who have a car, if not getting a driver will do. Service provided was awesome 👍 Did not need much help from customer service since the instructions given were clear but my customer service officer, Yuki, always checked in to make sure the stay was going well and was ready to help if there were any issues. Amenities are great! All is as stated in the listing and nothing was missed out. All in all will recommend if looking for nice room to stay near SG.

Das Njce Frühstücksbuffet ist neben dem KSL-Shop und liebe das Zimmer! Ich möchte aber lieber im Dimsum Restaurant essen, das sich bequem auf Ebene 1 befindet und es gibt auch einen schönen Kaffee im Space Cafe!

Booking was done the night before. Smooth process. It was a short stay but it was a pleasant one! We managed to get connecting rooms on the day of check-in. Additional bed was available at a cost and didn’t had to wait long for it to arrive. Came with additional set of towel, toothbrush w toothpaste and bedroom slippers. Friendly front desk staff and room attendant. Basic toiletries provided. Pool looks great. Easy access to the mall. Check-out was a breeze. Just dropped off the key cards at the concierge. Will be better if complimentary parking was provided though. Will definitely return to stay again in future.

good location, owner is helpful when i left my charger here during my previous stay. will be good if owner can provide facial tissues and inform guest on how to book the facilities as we got chased out without knowing we needed a booking :/

Ich hatte ein weiteres wundervolles Erlebnis im Grand Paragoon Hotel. Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der JB Central Immigration macht es praktisch. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst zuvorkommend, und die angehende Rezeptionistin wurde beim Check-in hilfreich unterstützt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl. Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig; es gab jedoch Bereiche im Bad, die besser genutzt werden hätten können. Außerdem war der Duschkopf defekt und leckte.

We had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel. I booked the Romantic Getaway package for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, and both the high tea and dinner were thoughtfully prepared and very picturesque. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Athirah, Rahman, and Ficki for the room décor, and to Zairul for taking great care of us during high tea and dinner. We truly felt very well looked after. The package was also very affordable compared to similar offers from other hotels. Highly recommended for couples looking for a memorable stay.

Guten Tag, ich möchte Rückmeldungen zu dem Service durch Check-in-Gegenüber am 24. November 2025. Ich hatte am 23. November mit meiner Familie im Amari Johor Bahru Hotel für meine Kinder Geburtstagsfeier verblieben. Beschwerde: Alles war gut außer für eine Ausgabe. Am 24. November Morgen hatte ich meinen Zimmerkartenschlüssel ins Zimmer 1811 verlassen, so dass ich mich entschloss, in den Check-in abzusehen, um einen Ersatzkartenschlüssel zu beantragen, um zu meinem Zimmer zu kommen. Einer Ihrer Mitarbeiter gab mir einen Schlüssel für die Ersatzzimmerkarte an der Zähler in der Zähler. Ich sammelte und ging auf, um den Schlüssel für den Ersatzraum zu scannen, aber mit mehreren Versuchsmöglichkeiten nicht zugänglich. Am Ende musste ich entscheiden, das Problem wieder zu machen, um wieder in den Gegenkontrolle zu gehen, um die Ersatzkarte zu reparieren. Glücklicherweise war Shahin bei der Hausaufsichtsbehörde. Er sah den Vorfall und half mir mit seiner Hilfe. Gegenwärtig: • Shahin (Haushalterin) war auf mein Fall aufmerksam und sorgfältig in seiner Haushalterin vor allem die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. • Kamal (Sicherheitswache) war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Er begrüßte uns mit einem großen Lächeln und half uns, den Aufzug für den Zugang zu drücken. Bitte schauen Sie sich diese Feedback-Probleme an und versuchen, dieses Problem wieder zu beheben, um zu verhindern, dass es wieder auftritt. Andererseits senden Sie bitte meine Komplimente an die beiden Mitarbeiter, Shahin und Kamal, für ihre wunderbare Arbeit gemacht. Danke und Beifall

Clean apartment, spacious and just opposite komtar very close walking distance to CIQ. The bedsheet has slight stained which we didnt inform them to change and behind toilet bowl there is some water leak which we told them to come and service. Toilet has connecting dressing table, wardrobe and iron board. Toiletries, slippers and towel were provided. Perhaps the study table mirror in the room can be placed somewhere else instead of opposite bed. Enjoy my stay here. There security patronize at level.
