Excellent location, close to the mall and walking distance to the market to exchange currencies. With security, so we felt very safe. Upon arrival, they will take your luggage to deliver in your room after checking in later. Plus, since the room was ready, they allowed us to checkin early at 9:30AM, free of charge! Highly recommended!

Very comfortable place to go everywhere in Yangon. Cozy big lobby, good breakfast and dinner (Korean restaurant)…have a big fitness and swimming pool inside and outside with the good view of Inya lake.

Das ist eines der besten Hotels, die ich jemals gehabt habe. Es ist früher als Rosewood Yangon bekannt und wurde nun für 8 Monate wiedergeöffnet. Alles ist hervorragend, sehr freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereites Personal, außergewöhnliche Service. Die Geschichte des Hotels geht zurück bis 1927, so dass es absolut ein historisches Gebäude ist. Die Dekoration ist sehr exquisit, das Frühstück ist schmecklich und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. Die Lage ist auch gut und sicher, sehr nahe Sule Plaza, General Post Office und British Embassy. Auf der Terrasse können Sie die River view sehen. Ich möchte insbesondere meinen Dank an Vanessa und Swar ausdrücken, sie haben mir eine Menge detaillierte Informationen gegeben, damit ich mehr über dieses Hotel, diese Stadt und dieses Land wissen kann. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass sie diese Rückmeldung und meine Anerkennung erhalten! Inzwischen zeigte Luca mir die Gastfreundschaft an der Frontdesk Moo Thaw. Nächstes Mal in Yangon würde ich dieses Hotel nochmal wählen und auch meinen Freunden empfehlen. Hoffentlich können Sie dieses Niveau 😃 halten

Unglaubliches Hotel! Vielen Dank an alle, die dort arbeiten! Freundlich, lächelnd, immer hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage! Unser Aufenthalt war unvergesslich. Leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, Spa-Center, Schwimmbad. Gute Lage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Old luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice. Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor. And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: ”It was an error in room description”. Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))

1. Während der Eincheckung wurden alle Gebührenoptionen für Frühstück nicht berücksichtigt. Die höchste Gebührengebühr für Frühstück wurde für die ersten 4 Frühstücken gebührt. Nachdem sie einen Manager für das, was angekündigt wurde, in Frage stellte, erklärte sie sich bereit, die Gebühren zu 17.50 USD zu erheben. (Für die ersten 4 Tage war 10.00 UAD höher. 2. Das Badezimmer Bad ist gefährlich montiert, um aus dem Duschrohr in Müsli zu kommen. Es ist zu hoch montiert. Keine Handfläche ist fest zu halten. Hotel setzte einen Hinweis, um vorsichtig zu sein. 3. Die letzte Rechnung fehlt an Details. Nur die Gesamtsumme. Keine Möglichkeit, zu überprüfen, ob die letzte Summe korrekt ist. Ich war in der Hure, zum Flughafen zu kommen, öffnete sie nicht die Kontrolle.

Safe, impeccable service, easy & early check-in given, clean, comfortable beds, hot water bath tubs, a good breakfast with variety and of course the staff; welcoming & hard-working. Highly recommended! Affordable prices, great service and it's one of the 3 earth-quake proof hotels in the whole of Yangon. Select The Royal Park Yangon ~ you will be delighted with this choice of stay in a hotel in Yangon. The only problem I faced was 1 of the 6 nights I booked online was not registered with the hotel on Trip .com. That was rather strange, since I had a confirmed & paid document in black & white.

Das Hotel G Yangon war fantastisch! Moderne, saubere Zimmer, eine großartige Lage in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und hervorragendes Essen im Babett Eatery. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt!

I stayed at Melia with my family and from check in to check out we had a fantastic stay. Most of the staff were really obliging and helpful with a special note to Coe and her team in the Market Restaurant who ensured our breakfasts meals were always comfortable and our needs catered for. The hotel is situated near the picturesque Inya Lake and we had a Lake view room which made the morning wake up extra special. Melia is also next door to the Myanmar Plaza mall where there are plenty of shops, including a super market and the top floor has an extensive food court. Though if you wished to stay and eat at the hotel there are a number of restaurants in the hotel serving outstanding dishes. For the amenities there are a number of bars and a lounge on the top floor - though this is only available to those who have a specific room. During our stay we also made use of the swimming pool and the gym. Both very clean and well maintained with the gym having a good variety of equipment and fresh towels and water to hand. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and should we return to Yangon, Melia is a place we would certainly consider staying at again.
