You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und würden es gerne wieder besuchen.Die Zimmer sehr gepflegt und die große Auswahl an essen ( sehr lecker) aber besonders hat uns die Wellness Bereich gefallen.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. Aber die Zimmer sind veraltet und das Einchecken dauert sehr lange. Wir waren 2 Mal im Hotel, 1 Mal bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Schimmel im Badezimmer. Es gab keinen Ersatz, das Hotel war voll. Glücklicherweise hat das Hotel viele interessante Dinge und wir schlafen nur im Zimmer, also haben wir diesen Moment erlebt. Beim zweiten Mal war das Zimmer sauberer und besser, aber beide Male waren die Häuser weit entfernt, nicht in der Nähe des Meeres, aber meine Kinder sind erwachsen, es ist für uns nicht schwer zu laufen, und wenn man den Preis bedenkt, für den wir es gekauft haben, wir Ich könnte damit leben, für den üblichen Preis würde ich mich ärgern. Das Essen ist gut und lecker. Das Design ist etwas alt, aber die Profis machen das wieder wett. Schöner Strand, Essen, Wasserpark, Kinderclub, Unterhaltung für Teenager (Schießen, Darts, Boccia, Partys). Viel Grün gibt es aber nicht, tagsüber sind es weite Strecken in der prallen Sonne, mit kleinen Kindern wäre es nicht einfach.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casamax einfach genossen! Das Apartment war perfekt für uns beide – großzügig geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (mit BOSCH-Geräten), Besonders schätzten wir die Sauberkeit, Ruhe und den Komfort, den das Hotel bietet. Der Service war herausragend; das Team war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Auch die Lage ist gut – 10min zum Strand mit Auto und mit vielen tollen Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich unvergesslich, und wir können dieses Aparthotel jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, das eine entspannte und komfortable Auszeit sucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
