Отель не плохой, но до моря очень далеко. Возят на автобусе до пляжа, но не сказали что пляж для гостей бесплатный и с нас брали там деньги за лежак пока мы не узнали что это бесплатно. Деньги так и не вернули за лежак) Кухня средняя, ребенок на завтрак ничего не мог найти себе поесть, мне рыбу однажды дали полусырую, бургер отвратительный. Очень много маленьких детей в грязных памперсах плавают в бассейне и поэтому вода там не самая чистая) как то так))

It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Ich übernachte nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Der Service ist wie immer hervorragend. Ich bat um ein Zimmer, schaute es mir an und entschied mich für das, das mir am besten gefiel. Morgens wird alles sauber gemacht, es gibt Wasser. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück hat mir gefallen. Das Abendessen ist schlechter geworden, die Auswahl ist kleiner und für diese Hotelkategorie eher dürftig. Das Spa hat mir sehr gut gefallen, das Personal, insbesondere die nicht-russischsprachigen, sind sehr freundlich (das kasachische Mädchen kommuniziert frech, was einen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack hinterlässt). Es ist auch schön, sich am Pool zu entspannen. Auf dem Balkon steht eine bequeme Sonnenliege. Und dieses Mal gab es neue, weiche, weite Bademäntel. Aus irgendeinem Grund fehlten Duschhaube und Zahnbürste mit Zahnpasta; manchmal ist unklar, warum es welche gibt, manchmal nicht. Es war sehr schön, ein Kompliment vom Hotel zu bekommen – einen Teller Obst und eine Flasche Wein. Vielen Dank, ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es ist schön, dass das Personal sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Viele russischsprachige Mitarbeiter.

Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Wir hatten All-inclusive gebucht. Das Hotel bietet unzählige Unterhaltungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sowie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Die Auswahl war fast schon zu groß; anfangs war ich etwas überwältigt. Ich vertrage kein Gluten und keine Laktose, und selbst in den glutenfreien Bereichen gab es separate Desserttische. Die Zimmer selbst waren sauber und schön. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Zum Hotelgelände gehören Swimmingpools, Tennisplätze, ein Strand, ein Garten und viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten, die alle in gutem Zustand sind. Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Da es die Herbstsaison ist, gibt es nicht viele Leute, der Laden gab dem Zimmer in einem Einzelzimmer, sehr ruhig. Es gibt auch einen Waschmaschine Kühlschrank. Das Personal des Restaurants ist auch enthusiastisch und das Essen ist sehr frisch. Es ist sehr komfortabel zu bleiben.

Wir hatten im Rahmen unserer Reisebuchung das Kamelya Aishen gebucht, aber da dieses Hotel derzeit geschlossen ist, wurde uns ein Zimmer im Kamelya Selin zugewiesen, was in Ordnung war. Das All-inclusive-Angebot ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern; Essen, Getränke und Eis sind unbegrenzt. Bar und Restaurant sind wunderbar und bieten eine große Auswahl! Ein großes Plus: Das Gebäude liegt in Strandnähe und verfügt über zwei Swimmingpools (innen und außen). Der Miniclub und die Disco sind täglich für Kinder geöffnet. Das Hotel stellt keine Zahnbürsten oder Zahnpasta zur Verfügung. An der Rezeption wurde uns empfohlen, diese im Geschäft zu kaufen. Der Reinigungsservice war sehr laut und störte uns bei der Zimmerreinigung vom Morgen bis zum Abend.
