Hotel extremamente bem localizado. Estrutura excelente, limpo, novo. Poucos quartos o que dá a sensação de exclusividade. Staff educado e gentil.
Antes de chegar tive dúvidas mas, pelo contato de WhatsApp, a Elisabetta muito gentil me ajudou desde explicando onde poderia estacionar meu carro fora do centro histórico. E durante minha estadia me aconselhando onde almoçar ou jantar. Recomendo muito este hotel.

Matera is an amazing place to visit and staying at the Monaco Bianco made it even more special! Alessandro was incredibly helpful and welcoming - the perfect manager for this property. I shall happily recommend this to anyone else I know travelling to Matera.

Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.

酒店距離馬泰拉古城很近，步行就可以到，周邊就可以停車。早餐會給餐券去古城裡吃。酒店算民宿，所以需要提前一天自助入住獲取密碼，由於平台把我的郵箱給錯了，導致民宿小姐姐給我一直髮消息都沒有收到。最後我們到了民宿門口才知道要自助辦理，小姐姐大概15min左右後趕到，還一直解釋和道歉，服務態度挺好的。房間也比較衞生乾淨，推薦

Worst experience in staying in independent accommodation. Left in the rain for 1 hour. Tried 18 calls not answered A very unpleasant man turned up and yelled at us in Italian. We felt very intimidated. When we went out we believe someone entered the room and turned off all lights and heating.
Nice room but it’s in an apartment not a hotel like pictures make you believe. Next morning 1/2 hour before check out we returned back and the angry man was waiting for us. Yelling about lights left on. This was a small bathroom light we’d missed when we went for a walk. He virtually threw us out of the hotel. Standing in front of the bedroom window making us very uncomfortable. Very very unpleasant stay.

Very comfortable stay in Matera - 10min walking till historical center, easy communication through WhatsApp, Nicolas is very kind and friendly host. Room is worm and clean, breakfast with coffee, crisps, jams, croissants, yogurts. Reasonable price. I definitely recommend.

GGastnutzerReally great one night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for the autostrada. It was easy to check in and the reception staff were pleasant. We were advised parking was at the rear of the hotel where there was plenty of space. Our room was clean and modern, with a lovely comfortable bed.
We had dinner in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the choice available, as we don't eat meat, there were vegetarian options and of course fish, and the quality was excellent. It was also reasonable in cost.
We had breakfast the next day where there was ample choice of scrambled egg (and bacon), cheeses, bread and pastries, cakes etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

RRowena Yin TingA nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel wird kostenlose Saugenwagen zum Parkplatz und die Gäste und Gepäck zu übernehmen schicken, das ist sehr gut! Das Höhlenzimmer ist sehr speziell und die Bettausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Balkon des Zimmers ist gegen die Altstadt von Matala und ist sehr schön am Morgen und am Abend! Das Frühstück ist besonders reichhaltig und es gibt auch ein Live-Pianspiel!

We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

Room is large but toliet wall was very bad maintain and dirty. Selfs and table.has ants. The overall was fine but need some improvement on the bathroom wall. Same cost of bookings, some rooms are big, some are small.

Wifi in einigen Zimmern ist auch ziemlich enttäuschend.
Andere als das, moderne Einrichtungen einschließlich Schwimmbad (offensichtlich im Dezember geschlossen), großzügiger Autopark, große Schlafzimmer und superb Frühstück.
