接待的小姐姐有耐心，是自建房的那種酒店，房間很乾凈，但是看到了一衹小強，隔音一般，噪音比較大，我睡得還可以。

The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops. The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty. The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

Es ist direkt in der Teil mit unglaublicher Sicht. Personal ist hilfreich und informativ. Sie bieten Shampoo-Handtücher und Sie können Wasser etc kaufen. Da es sich um Ökozentren handelt, gibt es keine AC und natürlich werden Sie einige Kriterien in der Nacht denkt, die Leute zu informieren, da ich keine Hinweise hatte und wurde aus der Wache gefangen. Auch auf den höheren Zimmern funktioniert WiFi nicht. Aber wenn Sie sich darauf vorbereitet und für einen Urlaub und die Natur zurückziehen und entkommen ist es perfekt. Schönes Frühstück!

My brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there. One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

Das Hotel ist gut, das Frühstück akzeptabel, aber als ich ankam, konnte mein Gepäck nicht gefunden werden; ich musste selbst danach suchen. Der Poolservice wird mit 9 bis 21 Uhr beworben, schließt aber bereits um 19 Uhr. Ich habe im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, und das Essen war viel zu salzig. Das Reinigungspersonal klopfte morgens um 9 Uhr hartnäckig an die Tür, bis ich sagte, ich käme später wieder. Eine der Reinigungskräfte meinte unhöflich, sie müsse putzen, obwohl ich für drei aufeinanderfolgende Nächte reserviert hatte. Während meines Aufenthalts wurden weder die Bettwäsche gewechselt noch der Boden oder die Möbel gereinigt. Am zweiten Tag fiel der Strom aus, und auch das Wasser war zeitweise nicht verfügbar. Das WLAN ist für den Preis des Hotels sehr schlecht. Die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, aber die Handtücher sind rau; manche sehen eher grau als weiß aus. Das Toilettenpapier ist von sehr schlechter Qualität. Es gibt keine Taschentücher, nur einen kleinen Beutel im Badezimmer. Ich musste später nachfragen, da am zweiten Tag keine neuen Taschentücher da waren. Ich hatte zwar einen Hinweis auf die Zimmerreinigung hinterlassen, aber niemand kam; ich musste an der Rezeption nachfragen, am besten mit einer konkreten Uhrzeit. Und als ich das letzte Mal länger blieb, während das Bett gemacht wurde, wurde es nur kurz von Hand ausgeschüttelt und die Laken glattgezogen. Die Handtücher, die ich zum Wechseln auf den Boden gelegt hatte, wurden nicht gewechselt; es waren dieselben geblieben.

Manigua Tayrona Hostel is a jungle paradise beside the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona National Park. It is a family run business and you can feel the love that has been cultivated in this space. We highly recommend this hostel for backpackers and adventure travellers seeking unique accommodations near the park

The place is amazing, I'm sure I'm gonna return. The pool and beach service was great. I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.

The room is spacious and cheap. Little bit old and no aircond . The room facing sunset therefore is super hot in the afternoon with only fan. If you only book the room for a night and only for overnight, is good choice as it has best location. Can’t require much with the cheap price.

The hotel is located in a quiet area without noise from partying people. The facilities are well maintained and all the staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return for sure.

Asked a quiet room but got a window directed to the lobby... No problem until some noisy people arrived the last morning to sit and wait for their rooms in stead of going for a walk in the city.
