I am disappointed with my stay at Legend Sarovar Portico Baddi. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean, which were the main positive points of my stay. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The air-conditioning in the room was not cold at all, making it uncomfortable. The reception area also lacked proper air-conditioning, and the chairs in the lobby appeared old and worn out. Room service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for assistance and often needed to follow up multiple times. In addition, many food items listed on the menu were unavailable. We were told that the chef was not available, which was surprising for a hotel that offers room service. The TV entertainment system was also disappointing, as some apps such as YouTube were unavailable or not functioning properly. While the room size and cleanliness were good, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, service efficiency, dining availability, and guest facilities. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience.

Wir genossen einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt im Fortune Park Kufri. Das Hotel sitzt schön auf einem Hügel, bietet atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Himalayan-Range, die wir direkt von unserem Zimmerfenster genießen können. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön, und es ist bequem nicht zu weit von Shimla , so dass es einfach, die Stadt mit Taxi oder Privatwagen zu erreichen, wann immer wir wollten. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit diesen schönen Hügelblicken, die jeden Morgen einen besonderen Touch hinzufügen. Sauberkeit war hervorragend; die ganze Unterkunft war spotless und fühlte sich sehr frisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Sie sorgten sich um unsere Anfragen schnell und machten uns wirklich willkommen. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight es bot eine gute Variante und wurde jeden Tag mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Insgesamt war es eine entspannende und erinnerliche Erfahrung. Wir empfehlen nach Fortune Park Kufri für jeden, der einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Shimla mit großer Service und schöner Umgebung sucht. Wir würden gerne zurückkehren!

Excellent Location, but with Service Quirks The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India. The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing. There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression. Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff. All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

wohnen war awesome und Lebensmittel auch gut & smaklich. und besonders dank Herrn Bobo und Empfangsmann Gir in nicht wissen ihren Namen aber .beide haben sehr gutes Verhalten und sie waren sehr hilfreich. nur ich habe 2 Punkte nur für den Vorschlag, Sie müssen sich auf konzentrieren Wartung im Zimmer Coz Türmanual lock ist zu hart & AC nicht funktioniert und ich rief in der Nacht 2 Zeit auf der Rezeption, aber niemand kam, um diese Frage zu beheben. Gesamt war alles großartig mit Hill River Resort . danke

Great location, excellent cleanliness and delightful staff. I would highly recommend staying here. The food is also delicious and very reasonably priced.

Excellent Stay. It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

We had an amazing time at regenta place green leaf manali when we got there, the people were really friendly. Our room was really clean and nice. We liked the little touches, like the welcome note and the pretty flowers in the room. The best part was the yummy different foods, and the coffee was really good too! but what we liked most was how nice the staff were. They helped us with everything, like telling us about fun things to do nearby and arranging rides for us. Overall, we had a really awesome and we left feeling happy and relaxed. We totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and cozy stay. Big thanks to everyone there for making our trip special!

A wonderful hotel, from the staff,food,reception, breakfast, bar..5**** very kind and generous staff... the taxi service from Bhupinder was fantastic.. over all a beautiful place to stay..with wonderful views of the himalayas!!
