Das Zimmer ist geräumig, der Koffer lässt sich komplett aufklappen, die Badezimmerausstattung ist neu und im ersten Stock der Lobby gibt es eine Mikrowelle zum Heizen. Es wäre praktischer, wenn das Zimmer mehr Stühle und mikrowellengeeignete Essteller hätte. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Shuttlebus, der zum Bahnhof Shin-Urayasu, nach Disneyland und DisneySea fährt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, der Shuttle-Fahrer und das Hotelpersonal haben eine ausgezeichnete Serviceeinstellung. Ich werde es meinen Freunden empfehlen und möchte es auch Bleiben Sie wieder. Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier. Es ist ein sehr praktisches Hotel mit einem Lawson im Erdgeschoss. Es ist sehr praktisch, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Disneyland Loop Line zu gehen und eine Haltestelle bis zum Aquarium zu fahren. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß. Dieses Mal habe ich mich für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick entschieden, von dessen Fenster aus man die Bucht von Tokio sehen konnte. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder nach Tokyo Bay komme, werde ich mich immer noch für das Hilton Tokyo Bay entscheiden!

Wir sind von Fuji angekommen und übernachtet in diesem Hotel sehr spät gecheckt. Es ist ziemlich weit vom U-Bahn-Station entfernt, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß aber sie haben einen Shuttlebus nach und von Disneyland, das für Leute, die Disneyland besuchen, ist angemessen. Wir blieben für eine Nacht wie geplant, Disney am nächsten Tag zu besuchen. Front Desk ist gut ausgestattet mit Englisch und hat uns sehr schnell geholfen. Sie präsentierten uns ihre Hoteleinrichtungen sehr gut und gab uns einen kostenlosen Spa-Gutschein, um für die Nacht oder frühmorgen zu verwenden. Sie halfen uns auch, ein Taxi zu buchen, da wir in die nahe gelegene AEON Mall gehen müssen, um etwas zu kaufen und unsere Abendessen zu fangen. Wir waren sehr müde von einem langen Tag in Fuji, so dass wir uns entschieden, einen Taxi zu nehmen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und wir haben genug Platz, um unsere Gepäck vollständig auf dem Boden zu öffnen. Das Toilette wurde in trockene Toilettenschrank, nass für Dusche aufgeteilt. Dies ist der beste Teil dieses Hotels! Wenn ich wieder Disney besuche, würde ich sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben.

HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

Das Hotel war sehr gut, das ein geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet verteilt hatte. Die Lobby war auch wirklich wunderschön, mit einem ausgewiesenen Spielplatz für Kinder. Nur Caveat ist der Shuttlebus für Disneyland - der Rückfahrtsshuttle befindet sich in einem Parkplatz, der nach dem Verlassen Disneyland wirklich schwer zu finden war. Es war nicht im Hauptbusterminal, wo die großen Hotels’ Shuttlebusse geparkt wurden. Vielleicht hat das Personal es während der Reise nach Disneyland erwähnt, aber in Japan? Wir nahmen eine sehr lange Zeit, bevor wir es finden konnten.

Das Hotel ist datiert, Lobby, Restaurants und Zimmer, aber es ist alles sehr gut aufrecht und sauber. Spät die Nacht im Lobby und Zimmer fühlt sich ein wenig . Das Zimmer ist geräumig, schöne warme Dusche und Bad, die nach einem langen Tag in Disney sehr geschätzt wird. 5 Gehminuten vom Disney Bahnhof entfernt, es hat einen häufigen Shuttle-Busservice, um Sie zum Disney Bahnhof zu nehmen. Nur Beschwerden sind: 1) Einige der älteren männlichen Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr nett, vor allem der Gentleman im Front Desk. Zero lächeln sogar, wenn ich einen zusätzlichen Anstrengungen getan, um Ihnen jederzeit zu danken. 2) Hartbett 3) Kein Personal im Lobby, um bei 2am zu helfen 4) Das Hotel gab mir ein wenig von einem ‘******* Haus’ Gefühl, wenn das Hotel ganz in der Nacht ist 5) Am 23. Dezember bot sowohl japanische als auch westliche Restaurant nur 2 Seiten Menü, keine La carte. Nächstes Mal möchte ich den neu renovierten Hilton nur neben der Tür versuchen.

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.

I was thrilled to find my room included a washer. The refrigerator and hot plate were helpful too. The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay. The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel. The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride. The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
