GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist geräumig, der Koffer lässt sich komplett aufklappen, die Badezimmerausstattung ist neu und im ersten Stock der Lobby gibt es eine Mikrowelle zum Heizen. Es wäre praktischer, wenn das Zimmer mehr Stühle und mikrowellengeeignete Essteller hätte.
Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Shuttlebus, der zum Bahnhof Shin-Urayasu, nach Disneyland und DisneySea fährt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, der Shuttle-Fahrer und das Hotelpersonal haben eine ausgezeichnete Serviceeinstellung. Ich werde es meinen Freunden empfehlen und möchte es auch Bleiben Sie wieder. Vielen Dank.

GGastnutzerWir hatten eine hervorragende Erfahrung während unseres Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel. Von der Eincheckung bis zum Auscheck waren die Mitarbeiter unglaublich warm, aufmerksam und professionell. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut gepflegt, mit komfortablen Betten und allen Einrichtungen, die wir benötigten.
Die Lage war bequem, es hat einen Komfortladen im Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Feuerwerke von Disneyland zu sehen und der Skytree ist sichtbar von unserem Zimmer.
Insgesamt überstieg dieses Hotel meine Erwartungen, und ich empfehle es allen, sich für einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt besonders für Familien zu suchen.

AAnonymer BenutzerRelatively good, very good location for visiting disney parks. Overall good large room, only thing is it is a bit of an old hotel and the rooms do show age. Also, I tried both the restuarant and the breakfast buffet both, a bit too expensive for what is provided so wouldn't recommend. Nice view out of rooms too.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel bietet großartige Einrichtungen. Zum Abendessen gibt es kostenlos Reissuppe, Masken und Kinderspielzeug gibt es kostenlos für die Gäste. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Fußmassagegerät zur Nutzung nach einem Tag in Disneyland und DisneySea.
Allerdings könnte die Abholung des Shuttlebusses am Bahnhof Maihama verbessert werden, da es bei den verschiedenen Hotels eine superlange Warteschlange gab. Keiner wusste, wo er bei seinem Hotel anstehen sollte. Als der Shuttlebus von Hiyori kam, stürmten daher alle herbei. Es herrscht Chaos, daher wäre es gut, wenn das Hotel für die jeweiligen Hotels eine spezielle Warteschlange einrichten könnte.

GG ChanWir haben im Anfang März 2026 während unserer Familienreise in diesem Hotel geblieben. Es war ein zwei-Nacht-Aufenthalt in einem Hotel, das sich mehr als ein Selbstbedienungshotel fühlte. Wir haben die Einrichtungen von neben den Selbstkontrollkiosken aufgeholt. Nach der ersten Nacht gab es keinen Hausaufbewahrungsdienst, aber das Zimmer blieb ganz sauber. Die Lage ist ziemlich entfernt, auch mit einem Auto. Ich denke, die meisten Gäste wählen dieses Hotel, weil es in der Nähe von Disneyland, aber das war nicht der Grund, warum wir es gewählt haben. Wir suchten nur geräumig und erschwinglich. Insgesamt war es den Preis wert.

GGastnutzerrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

GGastnutzerBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!

One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
