"Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. Thank you!"

"Staying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips"

"The hotel is close to the Disney resort. And it is not expensive like Disney hotels. But that means you won't have the happy hour when you can enter the park 1 hour before it opens for everyone. If you forgot to buy something at the resort, the hotel has a Disney shop. There are shuttle busses that you can use to get to the train stations for free. After the resort closes, you can return to the hotel from the Maihama station. This is convenient, but you may need to wait the bus. Also there is a bus that goes straight to the airport. The room is pleasant and comfortable, the colors are warm and relaxing. There is everything you may need. The internet has a high upload speed, so the pictures and videos will upload really fast! The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many services you can use. And there are 2 restaurants that are open late (until 22:30 or so). If you come to the hotel in the evening and you need something, you don't need to go anywhere else. There are a 24-open convenience store, ATM and even the currency exchange machine! The laundry is OK, but most unoccupied machines were available after 11 PM. If you have spare time and energy in the evening, you can visit various stores or just walk around. The hotel is spacious so you will walk a lot. It takes at least 48 seconds to reach the center of the corridor from a lift, and that is when you don't have luggage at all! I don't regret that I chose this hotel. It was comfortable to stay there."

"Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber der Aufenthalt ist es wert! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Beim Einchecken verlangten sie eine Kreditkarte, um Ihnen die Kosten in Rechnung zu stellen, falls Sie Zimmerservices in Anspruch nehmen wollten. Ich vergaß jedoch, sie mitzubringen, und sie verstanden das. Sie erklärten mir, warum und wie ich vorgehen sollte, wenn ich die Kreditkarteninformationen nicht angebe, und das war für mich völlig in Ordnung."

"Ideal für einen Besuch in Disneyland. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass es keinen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Disneyland oder Sea gibt. Sie müssen die Disney-Einschienenbahn nehmen. Das ist praktisch, kostet aber 300 JPY pro Fahrt und Person. Es gibt jedoch regelmäßig einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Bahnhof Maihama/Ikspiari, einem tollen Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Das Hotel bietet eine große Frühstücksauswahl und hat am Wochenende 4 Cafés zum Frühstück geöffnet. Das Essen ist überall gleich, Sie sollten aber ins Grand Café gehen, das das beste Ambiente und die beste Speisenauswahl bietet. Stellen Sie sich am Wochenende auf lange Warteschlangen vor den Frühstückscafés ein. Ich habe Samstagmorgen von 9.00 bis 9.45 Uhr 45 Minuten gewartet und musste mich beeilen, um etwas zu essen zu bekommen, bevor es um 10.00 Uhr schließt. Gehen Sie also am Wochenende früh. 4 Erwachsene/Teenager sind im 4-Personen-Zimmer mit Parkblick ziemlich beengt. Es ist besser, etwas mehr für ein Zimmer mit 2 Personen zu bezahlen."

"Ein fantastisches Hotel! Ich war zum ersten Mal in Tokio und habe dieses Hotel gewählt. Es war zufällig mein Geburtstag, und auch das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war hervorragend. Ich war wirklich begeistert. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Service verdient fünf Sterne. Geeignet für Paare, Rentnerpaare, Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende."

"Very nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient. Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious. Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town. Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance."

"The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly."
