Das Zimmer ist geräumig, der Koffer lässt sich komplett aufklappen, die Badezimmerausstattung ist neu und im ersten Stock der Lobby gibt es eine Mikrowelle zum Heizen. Es wäre praktischer, wenn das Zimmer mehr Stühle und mikrowellengeeignete Essteller hätte. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Shuttlebus, der zum Bahnhof Shin-Urayasu, nach Disneyland und DisneySea fährt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, der Shuttle-Fahrer und das Hotelpersonal haben eine ausgezeichnete Serviceeinstellung. Ich werde es meinen Freunden empfehlen und möchte es auch Bleiben Sie wieder. Das Hotel ist ein Gemt, obwohl die Zimmer klein sind, die Einrichtungen umfassend sind und wir alles, was wir brauchen. Der vom Hotel an Disneyland bereitgestellte Shuttle ist auch sehr bequem und wir werden in Zukunft hier bleiben, wenn wir Djsneyland besuchen. Das Hotel Frühstück war einfach und gut.

Familienzimmer mit zwei großen Betten und einem kleinen Bett. Das Personal reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und stellte uns das spezielle Frühstücksrestaurant auf nette Weise vor. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof Maihama sowie kostenpflichtige Shuttlebusse zu den Flughäfen Narita und Haneda, für die Tickets online gekauft werden müssen. Am Abreisetag, als wir es eilig zum Flughafen hatten, hatte das Personal unser Gepäck bereits zum Shuttle-Treffpunkt gebracht und uns auf dem Weg dorthin begleitet, nachdem sie über Funk kommuniziert hatten – absolut top! Das Hotel hat auch einen Disney-Geschenkeladen, was sehr praktisch ist, um Souvenirs zu kaufen und sie direkt in den Koffer zu packen, ohne sie herumtragen zu müssen. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich die Disney-Monorail-Station, die vier Haltestellen anfährt. Man kann mit Suica bezahlen, was sehr praktisch ist. Im Zug interagieren Mitarbeiter sogar mit Passagieren, die Stofftiere dabei haben.

The transfers are well-timed and reliable—perfect after a long day out. The breakfast was another highlight, offering an excellent spread with a good mix of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it a great way to start the day. As a pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary one-category room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, the hotel combines convenience, quality service, and great amenities, making it an excellent choice for visitors to the area.

The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.

Location is a walking distance from Maihama station , hotel provides a morning and night transportation to hotel. Is also walking distance to Disney Sea and Disneyland. Bed is comfortable . The room have a leg massager(delightful )and there’s a self service coffee machine and drinks up to 23:00 which is excellent . Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Breakfast is buffet style with the basic choices but good enough. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future
