景色絕佳，位置無敵，但睡眠敏感者需慎重 這次入住智利諾福特酒店，體驗可以説是“痛並快樂着”，先説説優點吧。 最驚艷的就是景色！ 酒店靠海，海景房視野無敵，天氣好的時候能清晰望見東邊的雪山，日落時分更是美得讓人不想出門。看海、看山、看晚霞，光是坐在窗前就能待一整天。房間超級大，舒適度很高，而且我特別要誇一下房間裏的桌子——非常大，對出差辦公的人來説太友好了，用起來很順手。 服務方面，前台和接待人員都非常熱情，無論是白天還是深夜，響應都很及時。有一天晚上暖氣開太足（冬天這裏開暖氣，室內熱得離譜），我凌晨2點被熱醒，去前台求助，值班工作人員立刻拿來了一台製冷機器，態度很好。 地理位置更是無可挑剔：後門出去就是本地最大的商場，走到超市衹要30秒，不管是旅遊還是出差都極其方便。 當然，缺點也相當明顯，如果您像我一樣有點神經衰弱，可能需要三思： 1. 早餐體驗不佳：餐廳偏小，度假的人太多，經常找不到位子。 2. 噪音問題嚴重：酒店緊鄰海邊一條大馬路，關窗+戴耳塞都擋不住車流聲。更崩潰的是，晚上經常有跑車炸街，引擎聲巨大，嚴重影響睡眠。 3. 暖氣過度：冬天室內熱得像蒸籠，雖然工作人員幫忙解決了，但那一晚確實難熬。 總結：如果您對睡眠環境不敏感，或者主要看重景色和便利性，那這家酒店絕對值得住。但如果您像我一樣需要安靜入睡，請務必準備好耳塞+降噪設備，或者直接避開靠馬路的房間。我這次是出差，因為辦公桌和地理位置選了它，下次如果再來，可能還是會糾結一下。 推薦給：對海景有執念的遊客、需要大辦公桌的商務人士、喜歡逛商場的購物黨 不推薦給：嚴重噪音敏感者、習慣安靜睡眠的人 希望這個評價能幫到您！

Insgesamt gibt es keine Schwäche, das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, die Sympathie aller herausragenden Mitarbeiter, der gemütliche Pool sehr nett, der letzte Generation Fitnessraum war eingeladen, die Praxis ohne Müdigkeit zu befolgen...Das wunderbare Frühstück , Zimmer mit schönem Blick und komplett akustisch ... Wir werden zurück nach Puerto Montt Marriott, Chile. Ich würde es zweifellos empfehlen.

The hotel is in a spectacularly wonderful location, overlooking the lake. The only drawbacks for us were the beds (which were single beds), and the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was fine, but that's where it came to a grinding halt was., unfortunately. Items on the menus were not available, and the quality of the food was below par. It's a shame because a hotel with wonderful views like that should have a good chef and a bustling restaurant. I don't know, but I don't think it got any external guests while we were there and if so, that would be the reason. I hasten to add that we did not eat any of the Chilean dishes on the menu, just the standard Western fare of pizzas or toasted sandwiches. But the staff were wonderful - particularly Martin in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.

To be honest, Puerto Montt is not a great place to stay - it's a port city with not a lot going for it, other than it's close to the lakes district, and there's a ferry service that continues the road south to Patagonia. The hotel is similarly lack luster. The best bet is to move on to the lakes when you arrive at the airport, if that's where you're headed, and avoid Puerto Montt altogether. But if you're getting the ferry and need to stop overnight then the hotel is fine.

Hotel bien ubicado,poco mantenido, no existe un buen control de temperatura en las habitaciones y además tienen equipos de ventilación muy ruidosos. Los restaurantes asociados tienen muy poca variedad de platos

Cumbres 수회 방문,Wyndham 변경 된 후 첫 방문. 분위기가 좀 밝아짐(따뜻한 분위기가 사라짐) 끝방을 받았는데 호수는 보이지 않았고 침대 머리 쪽 창에서 찬바람이 세어 들어옴. 난방기의 온도는 30도 셋팅하였으나 소리만 크고 바람은 거의 나오지않았으며 실온 23도에서 올라가지 않음. 프론트 연락 후 담당자 방문하였으나 온도계로 체크후 정상이다. 어쩔 수 없다...아쉬운 대처. 위치와 깔끔함은 좋으나 방 배정은 복불복. 층볅양쫅끍방은 피핽, 륡층돍피핡길춝쳔함미당

Das Frühstück ist einfach, es ist nichts heiß, aber das Abendessen ist sehr gut. Aber ich ging in einen kleinen Pool, und niemand hat es mir gesagt.
