Das Personal ist so freundlich, immer gerne mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Das kostenlose Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Vulkan, und es gibt auch ein Blickdeck auf das Dach. Es gibt vier Restaurants im Hotel, so dass wir für die Wahl gespielt wurden. Wir genossen den Außenpool, und sie haben auch eine Sauna und ein Fitnesscenter. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Dies ist mein zweites Mal mit ihnen als sehr geschlossen, wo mein Unternehmen braucht alles, das Hotel ist viel bessere Verbesserung sie haben eine breite Treppe keine Aufzug hatte ein festes komfortable Bett mit Sift-Pillow und eine schwere Wäsche, schöne gute Größe Zimmer obwohl Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen kleiner sie haben ein heißes Wasser in der Dusche, Kettle zu Machen Sie heißes Wasser für Kaffee oder Tee, das Bad weich und Shampoo ist leer. Die gerade hinter der Gaisano Mall und der Pazifik Mall sehr bequeme Spazierweiterung bis zum Sm Mall auch. Ich würde noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn ich wieder nach Legaspi zurückkehren kann.

Buffet breakfast was fine. Hotel amenities also okey. They have airport service upon request in which i suggest must avail. They also have spa with great massage service.

Such a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

Ich ging mit der Familie für eine vierteljährliche Überprüfung unseres Sohnes. Ich kam früh in Naga und fragte das Hotel, ob wir frühzeitig prüfen können, weil die Klinik des Arztes war lang und die Wartefläche war heiß. Sie stimmten mit keinem zusätzlichen Gebühren zu. Unsere anderen Kinder haben sich geruht, während wir in der Klinik des Arztes waren.

Booked this hotel last minute and it was okay for a one-night stay. The room was clean enough, but the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t choose it again if I had other options.

The Mayon view from The Oriental Legazpi was truly beautiful, and I appreciate that my request for an upper room with a view was granted. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The staff were not very approachable, restaurant service was poor, water was not readily offered, and we were even told to call the staff when we were ready to order. There was also loud noise from a lobby photoshoot, weak water pressure in the shower that took around 30 minutes to resolve, broken tiles and visible maintenance issues, no menu list in the room, and the breakfast buffet felt rushed even before the stated closing time. The view is excellent, but good view alone is not enough. Guests pay not only for scenery, but also for service, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality. If not because of the Mayon view, I would not return.
