SShauno192To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming.
Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite.
All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area.
Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up.
I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

GGastnutzerGreat place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value.
Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them.
Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical.
All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

GGastnutzerLocation wise very accessible to places you want to go.. room wise, it’s clean but it was noisy as the event finished 12mn. Our room and the event hall is just wall apart. When going to our room we have to pass by to their event hall. The central heating was not working.. quite cold in the room🙄..overall it’s good.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in an excellent location, close to the pier, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.

AAnonymer BenutzerI initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

SSueWe thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Bull Hotel on the 12th August 2025. We were lucky with the weather and sat outside for drinks and food in the lovely outdoor area. It has been very well designed. We enjoyed our food although oufc1st choices were not available. Our little dog was made very welcome. The room was really nicely decorated and furnished with lovely extra touches. We had a really good night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. In fact, we returned on our return journey and enjoyed a delicious Sunday dinner outside in the garden. Would definitely recommend.

AAugusto De MirandaWe had a wonderful stay at Caer Rhun Hall Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful – perfect for a relaxing family break.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The facilities were great and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.

RRFNFGood things:
- Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk.
- Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm.
- hotel is dog friendly
- amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc
Not so good things:
- Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor
- Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all.
