It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Große Erfahrung. komfortable Zimmer mit erstaunlicher Aussicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut gepflegt und verfügt über alle grundlegenden Einrichtungen, die man erwarten würde. Die Restaurants auf der Website waren auch fantastisch.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und aufmerksam, sie bieten auch qualitativ hochwertiges Essen an, ich hatte hier eine gute Erfahrung.

My initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable. After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!! My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed. I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short trips or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Das allgemeine Gefühl ist ziemlich gut (auf den Preis reagiert), die Fußgängerstraße ist sehr nah, umgeben von Geschäften und Restaurants viele Auswahl. Aber der Spa kostet einen teuren Feind.

Centrally located with perfect of the lake. Nearest to the mg road and pubs. Connectivity is gud

Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Der Kaffeeküche war ziemlich gut. Die Betten sind sauber und komfortabel, Das Hotel wurde jedoch von einem Nincompop entworfen. Es gab kaum vier Zoll zwischen der Vorderseite des Toilettes und der Wand. Der Sänke ist entworfen, um Splash. Die Lichter können nicht alle von der Bettseite gesteuert werden. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage (mit Anbindung an die Grüne Linie der U-Bahn) mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und bot viel Abwechslung und Auswahl. Das Personal hat uns einen besonderen Kuchen geschenkt, da wir während unseres Aufenthalts unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert haben. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel anscheinend unterbesetzt ist, was sich während der Stoßzeiten, insbesondere während der Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten, bemerkbar macht.
