I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Ein sehr warmes Willkommen von Mike, der das Gebäude verwaltet. Unser Zimmer wurde als Schatz der Brüste bezeichnet. Es war schön dekoriert, ein riesiges modernes Badezimmer mit Regenschlauch über dem oberen. Wir hatten am Abend ein Essen und obwohl wir vor der Ankunft nicht gebucht hatten und sie waren voll gebucht Mike hatte keine Frage, uns einen Tisch mit einem großen Blick auf die Broads zu finden. Wir würden in Zukunft sicher wieder zurückkehren. Die Atmosphäre des Pubs ist entspannt, aber sehr professionell. Kredit an den Chef. Eine Hochzeit fand am Tag der Ankunft statt, aber das hat uns keine Lärmprobleme verursacht und wir genossen, von der Ferne zu beobachten! Alle Mitarbeiter und Mike konnten nicht genug für uns tun und wir wurden eine späte Abreise angeboten, die wir nett akzeptiert. Scham, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten, sondern eine gute Entschuldigung für die Rückkehr! Vielen Dank, Mike und Team für Ihre außergewöhnliche Service. Room 8 above reception, the bed was really squeaky and barely held together.. needs to be replaced 🙄 sooo bad but comfy enough for a restful sleep.. everything else pretty good.. easy and pleasant place

My stay at the Holiday Inn is generally a pleasure, but my recent experience deviated from the norm, marking a mix of expectations and reality. Initially, I was assured by the service team over the phone that my premium king room would include a microwave oven, an amenity I looked forward to utilizing during my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon arrival, leading to a slight inconvenience. Furthermore, I encountered minor cleanliness issues, which, although not drastically affecting my overall comfort, did catch my attention. Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its unbeatable location. Situated conveniently close to the railway station and the city center. Additionally, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the service team were impressive.

Das alte Haus im ländlichen Stil in Großbritannien ist besonders ruhig und am Abend. Es gibt noch eine kleine Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum, aber Sie können kostenlos parken.

The hotel is a short walk from the railway and within easy access to the Cathedral and city centre. I stayed there for 2 nights. In the 1st night, the bathroom light was out of order as there was no one in the hotel to take care of it. Nothing was done in the following morning, and the only thing to be done is to change the room in the afternoon. The hotel looks tired and needs some touching up, yet the rooms are spacious, functional and clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is an issue with dampness in walls though it is not too serious. If you look for a budget place to sleep at night, this is the place for you.

Zimmer war ein wenig gejadet (Gärten nicht gut organisiert, Fenster fehlte ein Beading, und das Badezimmer war nur ein bisschen vor seiner Erstklasse) und der Tee/Kaffee in einem Tafel (Warum?) und es gab nur eine Tasche von heißem Schock und ein Paket von Kuchen für zwei Besatzer - aber das Bett war riesig, und wir liebten die beiden Flaschen noch & spritzendes Wasser, die unsere beiden Präferenzen erfüllt! Diese Tage ein paar Ladepunkte wären auch willkommen. Die Lage ist so gewählt, dass das nicht schuldig - und der wunderschöne Türmann (die lokale Katze) war ein absolutes Vermögen des Hotels. Ich würde nochmal buchen.

Great economy room,clean,warm, compact, great shower and very good lighting for reading. Have stayed here before,room 11 the best economy room to date. Only negative is £10 charge for a check in before 5.30

The villas were clean with everything you needed. The location was great on top of a cliff with a walk down into Cromer. Not great with mobility issues but our 8 year old managed it with no problems. We tried the restaurant once and the food was good. We tried the children's entertainment one night and he was great. Our daughter really enjoyed that and swimming in the pool every morning. Overall a great location to visit a beautiful part of our country.
