Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed .
We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed
Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full
English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon .
We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding.
The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby.
Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Ein guter Pool und Fitnessraum. Restaurant geschlossen am Montag und Dienstag, gibt es Straßen-Essen Vans außerhalb, die schön waren. Zimmer war ausreichend Größe. Kleiner Balkon. Kein Aufzug für den ersten Stock. Lage ist etwas entfernt, so dass nicht viel zu Fuß außerhalb des Hotels zu tun.

This is our second visit as a family at the Cromer Country Club.
This visit we had extended out our invitation to our parents.
We all enjoyed our 4 night stay. This place is brilliant and accommodating for families. We have a 9 month old baby. We asked for an apartment close to the road so we could have easy access for a pram. Which they did.
Staff friendly.
The restaurant catered for our baby and the food was delicious.
You can walk to the coast comfortably.
The apartment was clean, updated, and accessible for our family.
We would definitely recommend and go again.

AAngelita LoidaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel.
Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting.
While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully.
Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Thank you to everyone at The Bedingfeld Arms for making it so special—we can’t wait to return!

GGuest UserEin sehr warmes Willkommen von Mike, der das Gebäude verwaltet. Unser Zimmer wurde als Schatz der Brüste bezeichnet. Es war schön dekoriert, ein riesiges modernes Badezimmer mit Regenschlauch über dem oberen.
Wir hatten am Abend ein Essen und obwohl wir vor der Ankunft nicht gebucht hatten und sie waren voll gebucht Mike hatte keine Frage, uns einen Tisch mit einem großen Blick auf die Broads zu finden.
Wir würden in Zukunft sicher wieder zurückkehren. Die Atmosphäre des Pubs ist entspannt, aber sehr professionell. Kredit an den Chef.
Eine Hochzeit fand am Tag der Ankunft statt, aber das hat uns keine Lärmprobleme verursacht und wir genossen, von der Ferne zu beobachten!
Alle Mitarbeiter und Mike konnten nicht genug für uns tun und wir wurden eine späte Abreise angeboten, die wir nett akzeptiert.
Scham, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten, sondern eine gute Entschuldigung für die Rückkehr!
Vielen Dank, Mike und Team für Ihre außergewöhnliche Service. Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung hatten wir.

GGastnutzerWir blieben in der Königssuite und erstaunliche Erfahrung, so viel Zimmer und das Zimmer war so sauber, wegen der Luftkon es war so kühl, was war erstaunlich wegen der Wärme. Keine Beschwerden sogar kostenlose Getränke ich bin Mini-Kühlschrank. Nur die Frage war die Zahlung, weil ich durch einen Reisebüro grube und ein wenig verwirrend, aber am Ende löste sich selbst, aber der Service war überwältigende überall geliebt!

GGastnutzerWir lebten eine Nacht in einem Königsbettzimmer 416, es gab keine Heizung, nur Klimaanlage, aber der Luft-Con arbeitete nicht für die Heizung Funktion für die ganze Nacht seit wir ins Zimmer kamen, der Wind kam aus sind alle CLOD! Es war die ganze Nacht gefroren, verglichen mit der Temperatur war nur 2 Grad an jenem Tag. Die Erfahrung war schrecklich.

CCMJGSI stayed at The George Hotel in Norwich for a quick overnight stop and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Although I booked a super cheap deal for a single room, I was given a double room which was warm and comfortable. The location is easy to reach and it's about a 15 minute walk to the big shopping area in Norwich. The hotel staff were really attentive and friendly during check in and check out, they certainly made me feel very welcome and I wouldn't mind staying at The George Hotel again. They have an onsite restaurant called The Arlington Bistro which I would like to try as I didn't have a meal there during my stay. In summary, I can definitely recommend this nice, friendly hotel for everyone.
