Beste Hotels mit Parkplatz in Cape Canaveral

Wir sind nach 16 Stunden Verzögerungen und mehreren Verspätungen in einem Flughafen in Charlotte gefangen gehalten, um ihnen zu erklären, dass wir es nicht in die Stadt zu machen, um zu bleiben. Obwohl es ein nicht rückzahlbarer Satz war, ist es komplett Bull****, wenn es völlig aus unserer Kontrolle ist. Zwischen Trip.com und dieses Hotel haben sie uns komplett für $200+ gehalten und wahrscheinlich das Zimmer trotzdem vermietet, weil sie wussten, dass wir nicht da wären. Leider, weil wir in diesem Resort bleiben wollten. Jetzt werden wir nie. Das Schlimmste? Sie sagten uns, wir hätten nur einen trip.com Anruf und würden es zurückzahlen, dann trip.com Bitte lassen Sie uns wissen, dass sie abgelehnt haben...so entweder Reiselord oder sie taten. Auf jeden Fall, beide verloren heute Kunden!

Hotel neuf, propre, calme on y dort tres bien. chambre spacieuse . A 20 mins du KSC . Et 15 mins de cocoa beach. Tres bien place . Petit dej pratique. Piscine non chauffee. Tres bon resto de poisson ( cher mais tres raffiiné) fat snok a 15 mins ou tiki bar grill à 4 mins en voiture sur le port ( bon marché) .

The accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

Eigentlich freute ich mich sehr auf den Aufenthalt. Die Begrüßung von Frau Kyla war nicht zuvorkommend. Sie fand zuerst einmal nach Suchen meinem Namen nicht und anscheinend musste man zwingend Digital Einchecken. Was, wenn man diese Möglichkeit nicht hat? Erst als ich meine Bestätigung zeigte, fand sie meine Reservierung. Kein Dankeschön für Diamond Member, zwei Flaschen Wasser in die Hand gedrückt und tschüss.. Ich musste selbst nachfragen wo die Aufzüge sind. Zimmer war okay, der Geschirrspüler war dreckig und per Zufall lief mir die Putzfrau über den Weg, welche sehr freundlich war und die gleich behob. Irgendwann wurden 6.42 Dollar auf meine Kreditkarte gebucht, ich fragte sogleich nach und es hieß, dass sei der Parkplatz. Davon hat niemand etwas erwähnt, eine Frechheit, eine solche Gebühr zu verlangen. Das Hotel hat ja eigene Parkplätze und dann bei dem stolzem Zimmerpreis noch dies einzukassieren ist völlig daneben. Late Checkout wurde mit Murren und Nachfragen bis 13.00 gewährt, obwohl ich als Diamond Member bis 14.00 zu Gute hätte. Ein Upgrade gab es ebenfalls nicht, der übliche Spruch mit wir sind voll ausgebucht...laut Hilton Kundenservice war dem nicht so. Alles in allem eine herbe Enttäuschung. Man ist hier anscheinend nicht auf Kundschaft angewiesen und dementsprechend ist auch der Service. Schade, aber somit gehe ich das nächste Mal in eines der zahlreichen anderen Hotels.

Great location for those focused on kennedy space center or cruise tour. Large rooms with kitchen amenities. Reasonably priced laundry rooms. Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

Overall this is a great place to stay. We did the stay and park for a cruise we were taking with the terminal across the street. The room was great! Very clean, smelled good, beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower is large. Hallways, food area all great and clean. Only con I have is the staff. One lady in particular. Looks older, glasses, short yellow blonde hair. Rude is an understatement. While in line to check in she was on the phone with a customer and actually said, ”let me just stop you there, I don't need to hear anymore, you've called the wrong place, you need to call .....” then said, ”I already told you that you've not called the right place, I don't need to hear what you are saying”. Then after the phone call she looked at me and said, ”what do you need”. I said, ”well I'd like to check in”. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. I was highly disappointed. Her attitude actually had me commenting to my spouse that maybe I chose the wrong place to stay! Later in the day I came down to purchase something out of the snack/drink area and ask the young man at the desk if I could pay in cash or did I need my card and she interrupted her coworker and said, ”he doesn't take cash but I will so just bring it here”. I remained friendly and thanked her. We had stayed in another area the night before at a Holiday Inn Express and the difference between the two was the Hostess/front desk. This lady should not be behind the counter. She is rude and not friendly at all!

Weil man auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff fahren will, wählt man diese nahe dem Hafen, ist es noch etwas überrascht, relativ neuer, ruhiger, Klimaanlage ungeschönt, das Bett ist auch bequemer, das Zimmer kann auch kochen, etwas heißes, einfach, aber wir haben nur eine Nacht, also funktioniert es nicht. Nicht schlecht, natürlich weiß das Hotel, dass es ein Kreuzfahrtschiff gibt, so dass der Preis am Ort ist, der 2-3000 Preis ist, wie man sagen kann, dass der Preis nahezu der Preis ist.
