Fasilitas kamar disediakan coffe machine tapi gelas yang disediakan tidak cocok (ketinggian) dengan dispenser coffe machinennya jadi minta ke resepsionis via telepon kamar untuk diantarkan gelas yang cocok (lebih pendek) di hari kedatangan telp. 1x tapi tidak diantar sampai tengah malam, dihari ke 2 ditelpon lagi ke 2x nya after breakfast belum juga diantar, menjelang waktu check out ditelp. lagi ke 3x tetap tidak diantar juga sampai akhirnya check out, kurang banget pelayanannya :((((

Di sambut dari keluar dari mobil depan hoter...resepsionis nya ramah2...cuman tuk restonya pesanan makan dan minuman agak lama kecuali air mineral...semoga kedepannya bisa lebih cepat tuk pelayanan restonya🙏🙏🙏

aku pesan kamar no smoking. namun kamar nya ngak ada karena habis... kita tau kamar di rawat 2x agar tidak bauk rokok. namun karena 1 lantai khusus kamar perokok. ac nya bauk rokok.. malam ac saya matikan karena bila ac nya hidup. kamar bauk asap rokok. 2 malam saya tak bisa tidur. karena di berikan kamar smoking. mau pindah kamar no smoking hanya ada tipe atas. dan harus tambah 300rb/malam. makasih.

Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

The service is truly incredible! My daughter left her bracelet in the hotel room after we checked out and they could not find it, we had to leave afterwards for our flight. Miraculously, the hotel had shipped it back to our home a week after with no charges. Thank you pentacity hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay and services ☺️ wish you more prosperity to come.

A hotel with nice location and also friendly staff. Room is spacious and clean.

Für zusätzliche 400.000 Rupiah erhielt ich ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer im neuen Gebäude. Das Essen war köstlich. Leider rochen die Kissen auf dem Bett und dem Sofa sehr unangenehm. Vermutlich wurden sie nicht oft gereinigt oder ausgetauscht, sodass der Geruch hartnäckig war. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

1. The air-conditioning unit was old and not performing efficiently 2. The shower head was old and not functioning properly 3. There was no automatic door shutter 4. Only the pool was open, all other facilities were closed due to Eid Al Fitr, not acceptable for foreign visitors. 5. The whole building's air conditioning system has to be upgraded. Even in common areas, it did not function well

We had a very nice room it was quite clean ( Could be cleaner perhaps) but the room average was good. We had a funtime during weekend at the aqualand just little bit disappointed that during week days the slides during the day wasn’t operational. The breakfast was good with quite some choice. Overall definitely a place i could go back to

Choose a non-smoking room, but the room is still smelly. I don't know if they change the blanket or not. If you have a morning flight, I don't recommend this hotel because at the bottom of this hotel there is a small bar and live music, the bass of the music echoing into the room.
