All was good but when I check out at last. I forget one item in the room. When I went to the room to take that item. Housekeeping was already there but she removed the package/she tore it.
Housekeeping are doesn't allowed to remove the package until 1 day of the customer didn't came.
Everything was good . Only this one was not accepted . Next time please don't follow this . Not with others.

Perfekte Lage: sehr zentrale und einfach zu gehen. Es gibt eine große LIDL in einem Spaziergang. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, es fühlte sich wie ich in einem Familiengeschäft verblieben. Frühstück war anständig, die Kaffeemaschine war gut. Die Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich. Die Möbel waren etwas datiert, aber der Kühlschrank und die AC-Einheit funktionierten gut. Der einzige Kon war, dass es keine Kettle im Zimmer. Insgesamt, ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wenn Sie in der zentralen Limassol bleiben müssen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen genossen! Wundervolle Lage, Aussicht, viele verfügbare Einrichtungen, Deco des Hotels, Familienatmosphäre, freundliches Personal und Lebensmittel - vor allem Buffet.
Aber die erste kalte Nacht war die Heizung, die wir zahlen, aus dem Service-Klimaanlage und zentrale. Die Leute, die zur Verfügung standen, um mit der Nacht in der Rezeption zu reden, konnten nicht helfen.
Am nächsten Morgen können sie einen Techniker schicken - das wir gefordert haben - und das Problem wurde behoben, aber niemand kam uns her, um uns irgendwie über eine Rückzahlung zu diskutieren, weil es ein verlorener bezahlter Dienst war.
Außerdem habe ich trotzdem ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht, 9-year-old und weniger als zwei Jahre, sie sagten mir, dass sie das nicht in ihrem System sehen konnten. Sie sagten, dass sie es arrangieren werden.
Schließlich haben sie uns ohne vorherige Ankündigung bezahlt, obwohl ich online unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt habe.

Очень хороший отель 4*, мне очень понравился. От аэропорта ехать около часа, от моря прилично, минут 25-30 пешком. Можно доехать до набережной на такси при желании. Расположен в относительно тихом месте, что располагает к релаксу. Я очень люблю небольшие отели, он как раз такой, очень уютный. В номерах есть все необходимое, все работало, было чисто.
Завтраки на 5!Есть и свежие фрукты, сыры разные, выжатые соки, очень вкусный кофе.

Nutz folgende Freizeiteinrichtung: Außenpool (je nach Saison geöffnet). Du kannst aber auch den schönen Ausblick von folgenden Punkten genießen: Terrasse und Garten. Auch kostenloses WLAN und ein Spielzimmer/Arcade-Spiele werden angeboten.
Lass deinen Tag bei einem Drink an der Bar/Lounge ausklingen.

Fitnessraum und Pool sind bei später Anreise geschlossen. Das Zweibettzimmer ist veraltet, daher wirkt die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch. Dasselbe gilt für das Badezimmer.
Das Frühstück ist dennoch gut (es gibt sogar ungesüßte Mandelmilch – was in Hotels eher selten ist). Man kann im Speisesaal oder am Pool frühstücken. Es gibt einen kleinen, kostenlosen Parkplatz; eine Reservierung ist nicht nötig, aber da Nebensaison war, waren noch Plätze frei.
Ich würde dort keinen Urlaub buchen.
Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Es gibt keine französischen Fernsehsender und man kann Netflix nicht mit dem eigenen Konto nutzen. WLAN ist kostenlos. Frühstück wird ab 7:00 Uhr serviert. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch der antiken Stätte von Kourion (ca. 20 Minuten entfernt), sodass man früh ankommen kann, bevor die Touristenmassen eintreffen.

KKaren BeverleySuperior room overlooking swimming pool was very spacious with comfortable beds. We spoke to a lot of guests who have been going to the hylatio for many years although I’m not sure what the attraction is.
Whilst we were there we had many Romanian students doing drama or something, they were loud and quite ill mannered and disturbed the majority of the age 60+ guests.
I stayed at the hylatio many times in the early 2000s but much has changed since then, expanding the premises but I prefer the old intimate self catering hylatio to what it is now. We saw the same owner but he was less friendlier this time as I remembered back then. However, the staff from Nepal are very friendly and hard working.
We were AI but found the drinks very inferior to other local spirits we have at other hotels in Cyprus (we are ex pats living in Paphos) but the local wine was good
Breakfast offered continental cheese, ham, cereals, porridge and hot English breakfast items. The quality of the sausages were poor and the baked beans tasteless but the bacon and egg were good. I agree with another reviewer that a second coffee machine is needed as you could stand in a queue for quite a while.
For lunch/dinner although the food was plentiful there was little choice ie on two nights we had spicy chilli chicken and hot chicken curry. There was an alternative but if you cant eat spicy foods you are very limited on choice ie chicken nuggets/fish fingers of low quality. There is offered only one type of salad to choose from. For dessert only one choice of cake but you are able to help yourself to ice cream.
It was adequate for our short 3 day stay but would not consider staying for longer due to the poor quality drinks and food on offer and very little to do other than lie on a sun bed that most were damaged or stained or swim in the large pool

BBec5Das Hotel war ein wenig alt, aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war komfortabel und es gab zusätzliche Kleider, die ich benötigt hatte, da es sehr kalt war. Frühstück war sehr schön gekocht Eier mit Hammerkäse und Tomaten sowie Toast Getreide und Tee und Kaffee. Sehr schöne Aussichten vom BalkonSehr angenehm Aufenthalt. Danke

SShatha Al-HmoudThis was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.

SSaskiaThe hotel was sooo pretty and very central, but quiet to sleep. We will definitely stay there again, when we come to Limassol! The beds are very comfortable and the room was cosy.
The only thing we didn’t like: we booked it, cause it’s an adult only hotel: But since people, who don’t stay in the hotel can come for brunch and they can bring their kids, it’s not really adults only. We had 3 kids jumping around and running around and screaming while we had breakfast, what was definitely annoying and not relaxing. The parents enjoyed their brunch and didn’t care at all. I think that’s quite rude from the parents (very selfish, if you can’t control kids, but you don’t care about other guests) and the hotel could at least have said something. If you advertise and adult only hotel, but kids jumping around during breakfast, this could be mentioned. We let the reception know about it.

GGastnutzerWir nahmen für mich, meine Frau und zwei Kinder zwei Zimmer mit vernetzten Türen.
Einer der Zimmer hat ein Problem mit der AC - die Balkontüren müssen in einem sehr spezifischen Punkt sein, um die AC zu betreiben. Die Wartungspersonal konnte es nicht lösen. Zweitens hatten wir ein Problem mit einem der Toiletten, die das Wasser nicht fließen konnten, so dass wir für zwei Zimmer mit zwei Toiletten und ein WC nicht funktionierte.
Wir wollten nicht zu anderen Zimmern bewegen oder warten, so dass wir nicht viel zu machen versuchten, aber wir zahlen viel Geld und haben die Einrichtungen, die wir von 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hatten, nicht erhalten.
Das Bett, das wir bekamen, war im Grunde zwei separate Betten.
Der Service im Poolbar war unfreundlich und nicht willkommen, als wir um Glas mit Eis baten.
Die Lobby ist schön und das Hotel sieht in der Innenstadt wunderschön aus.

Ich kontaktierte das Hotel, um zu sehen, ob es möglich ist, es mir zu senden. Sie sagten, sie würden sich ansehen und wieder zu mir kommen. Ich habe von dem nie wieder gehört, auch nachdem ich eine Nachricht über das Thema gesendet habe. Nicht ein großer Verlust, aber frustrierende sie nicht kommunizieren konnten.

Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits.
Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros.
But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off
Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel
