Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response.

Das Hotel ist großartig. Ich bin Deutscher und Hotels im amerikanischen Stil sind manchmal eine Umgewöhnung. Das JW ist allerdings top! Das Personal ist stets professionell höflich. Leider hat das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant, daher kein Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke in den Standard-Zimmern. Gerne wieder, vor allem da ich für einen recht günstigen Preis gebucht habe.

Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was rather small (but good enough for two people) We stayed for four days in total, the nights were very quiet except for one night where we heard bar music playing from several blocks away. The hotel is close to the HMart. The lack of a kettle (in the common area or in the room) is not a deal breaker as you can use the microwave (in the common area). I wished the combination safe was larger, as neither my laptop nor tablet could fit, so we travelled with our devices which made walking very tiring. The bathrooms are nice, well-lit and spacious.

Ammamenities like towels and sheets, etc were poor quality. Service at desk poor, confusing and hard to understand. Not very friendly. Breakfast bar food quality low and not hot

The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

Der Flughafenschiff endete früher am Abend als erwartet, was uns bei der Ankunft zu einem gewissen Stress verursachte. Aber unser Aufenthalt war mehr als für den Stress gebildet! Betten/Betten/Kleider waren schön komfortabel, Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, und die Dusche war heiß mit wunderbarem Wasserdruck - genau das, was wir nach internationalen Reisen erwartet hatten!

Ambiente und Service sind in Ordnung, lediglich die Tatsache, dass sich am Frühstücksangebot nicht viel geändert hat, kann ich nicht akzeptieren. Ich bin seit fast einem Monat auf Geschäftsreise und das Frühstück ist fast das gleiche. Daneben gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und ein Schuh- und Bekleidungsgeschäft, das zum Einkaufen geeignet ist

Bon séjour. Les matelas étaient un peu datés et présentaient des irrégularités. Avions demandé une chambre près de l’ascenseur, ce dont il a été tenu compte. Malheureusement celui-ci était hors service.

Die Lage des Motels war gut. Es war leicht zu finden und zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lufttemperatur war komfortabel, als wir im Zimmer gingen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß. Das Frühstück, das enthalten ist, war gut.

Location is good, they do have shuttle service to and from for airport. Front desk staff is attentive and helpful. Can't go wrong with this. If you need buffer spread for breakfast then opt the suits or else this is perfect.
