Holiday Inn CHICAGO O'HARE - ROSEMONT by IHG

Staying there for 1 night after get off the plane. Room is clean and service is good.

I stayed here to wait my boong, place was clean and the service to the airport was great.

Location is good, they do have shuttle service to and from for airport. Front desk staff is attentive and helpful. Can't go wrong with this. If you need buffer spread for breakfast then opt the suits or else this is perfect.

Great communication and friendly service. Highly recommend to it.

comfy room, friendly and helpful staff who responded to needs efficiently, great shuttle bus overnight pick up, quality breakfast and professional and warm atmosphere, only challenges - coffee maker in room was broken (HUGE hole in the water holder and water poured out of the broken machine all over the desk when trying to use it in the morning, so had to buy a coffee while waiting for a new coffee pot to arrive, and phone in room didn't work so had to go downstairs to notify about coffee pot, breakfast coupons were not given when we checked in and couldn't get out of parking lot with room card so had to call - the staff did tell us that it was a possibility - but the phone number goes to a recording that you need to make choices before getting anyone to help you while trying to get out of parking lot.

Great Location and services, late checkin was no issue. The shuttle was great too, friendly and helpful driver and dropped everyone off at their preferred terminal.

Nice place to stay for transit. The airport shuttle was perfect!

I had a great experience! The location is very convenient—close to the airport—and they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which made things even easier.
