The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Es ist eine Busfahrt um vier Uhr. Es ist 10 Minuten. Das Bett ist sehr weich und schläft gut. Obwohl es nicht neu ist, sollte es eine saubere Hygiene geben. Das nächste Mal wird der Umzug hier bleiben.

My husband and I were celebrating Valentine’s weekend. The check in process was fine. The room however was not. There was mold in the shower, and the bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay the entire night. After about an hour of not being able to sleep, we got up and left and headed home.

Very vibrant hotel! Much lobby, Coppin bar area, activities with weddings and proms. Our room was spacious, well appointed with contemporary updates which added to comfortable living. Highly recommend for any visit to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Convenient parking, easy access to hotel. Will make this our “go to” when visiting family and friends in the area.

Die Reise ist im Grunde Express, eine kurze geografische Lage ist bequem und im Grunde IHG. Ob es sich um ein Frühstück oder um einen Kaffee- und Wasserzubehör im Halle handelt, die Zubehör sind auch die Dofen-Serie und die Schale, wirklich sehr bequem.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort.
