Super Hotel. Große Zimmer. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Klimaanlage lässt sich nur Zentral regeln und für unser Gefühl zu kalt eingestellt. Permanenter Luftzug. Es wurden uns zumindest warme Decken zur Verfügung gestellt.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff and quick checkin. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were bad, too small and not comfortable while sleeping.

Karen at check in was amazing and so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful. The shower water was just like warm but other than that, it was a great stay in a very clean and beautiful room and hotel in general.

Check in was ok; didn’t offer a WiFi password at all; room was nice HOWEVER during early hours of 2/15/24, hot water went out in the entire hotel and we weren’t advised, had to call front desk and they had no eta on repair; husband had to take a cold shower before going to his uncle’s funeral. Check out never offered us some $ off our bill for the inconvenience and we could never figure out how to convert player card points into $ off room, which was too pricey and no breakfast open in the ****** at 8am morning of 2/15/24. Totally not impressed!

We went for a couple getaway, and I could not say anything bad about the hotel ****** or restaurant. We had a wonderful time, service was amazing, rooms are absolutely gorgeous, we ate at Oliver‘s chophouse, and the food was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend this hotel and ****** to our friends and family.

Bar tender did not know how to make a top shelf long island, then proceeded to question my willingness to payfor it. She failed 2 times.
Got to my room and there was no hot water. Maintenance had to come dix it, yhen housekeeping hadcto clean it. It ruined the romantic experience i came for initially. The room should have been comped. I will not return unless this is rectified.

We only stayed one night. We stayed in the luxury room. Very large room. Everything was very clean except a used bandaid that fell out of the bedding. No weird smells in the room. Hallways smell very good. Like air freshener. We didn’t get to use the ****** but it’s very close to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area didn’t look very nice. This hotel is around 15 min from downtown area and 8-10 min from Kentucky expo center.

Best smelling hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bed was comfortable. Ease of logging into Netflix. Modern, & Safe. Perfect. Had trouble with checking in but the manager was able to fix the issue immediately. 100% will stay here again!

My hotel stay was fabulous! The staff was very professional and polite, especially Pam and Brandon at the bar. They were very friendly and they made sure we got what we ordered in a timely manner. The food was hot and satisfying. I’m glad to know this hotel is in Louisville because I’ll definitely be staying again.
