Wellnesshotels in Orlando

Mein Mann und ich waren an einer Geschäftsversammlung teilnehmen. Wir buchten nur für eine Nacht bei $300 plus $ und unser Zimmer war im sechsten Stock, aber vor der Lobby. Wir konnten keine Schlaf bekommen wegen des Lärms aus der Bar, die neben der Inspektion liegt. Es gab Schreien und Schreien gut vor 1:30 Uhr. Nicht sicher, warum sie eine offene Bar in der Lobby setzen würden. Ich hätte gebeten, zu bewegen, aber wir waren schon im Bett und wollten nicht kleiden und verpacken, um zu bewegen. Nicht sicher, dass ich auf dieser Stelle wieder bleiben würde ohne zu fragen, wo mein Zimmer ist.

Seit der Renovierung ist es nicht wieder in dieses Hotel. Es ist absolut schön inne, aber eine völlig andere Vibe einschließlich des neuen Pools und Barbereichs. Der Service war großartig in der Innenbar mit leckeren gefertigten Getränken. Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen und wurde mit einem Klavierspieler gegrüßt. Mein Mann hat das Filet, das er gründlich genossen hat, und ich habe den gebratenen Hühnchen, das gut war, aber ein wenig schwach und trocken. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig und wir freuen uns auf die Rückkehr.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Drei Nächte lang, ohne Handtücher zu wechseln, rufen wir die Rezeption an, um einen neuen Handtücher zu nehmen und die andere sagt, dass wir 15 Messer zahlen müssen. Am letzten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens, am letzten Tag, um fragen, ob wir weitermachen, sagte ich, dass es für eine Weile nicht sicher ist. Die Rezeption ist jung und ich sagte, dass Sie 2026 sicher sein können. Die Zeit für den Austritt ist 10 Uhr morgens. Da wir uns beeilen, auf den Ausstellungsplatz zu gehen, hoffe ich, dass die Konsultation bis 12 Uhr (normale Zeit für den Austritt in der Heimat) stattfinden kann, sagte der Rezeptor, dass sie an einer Konferenz ihrer Organisation teilnehmen müssen (KPIRA-Mann), um die Zeit für den Austritt zu verlängern, Wir können also zuerst aus dem Haus gehen. Die Umgebung des Feriendorfs ist gut, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht! Komm nicht!

We needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price. The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid. All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

Die Familie von sechs war bequem. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen etwas anders und reichhaltig. Es ist jedoch gut, etwas früh zu gehen, weil Sie nach 8:30 Uhr anlaufen müssen. Es gab auch ein touristisches Shuttle wie die Sea World.

Das war eine tolle Suche. Die Lage ist sehr neutral. Alles, was wir brauchen, war in der Nähe. Das Personal war erstaunlich. Die Einrichtungen waren hervorragend. Die Tatsache, dass ihre Küche spät geöffnet und die Bodega und die Bar verfügbar waren, mussten wir nicht gehen, um nach dem zu suchen, was wir brauchen.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

Es gibt eine Freizeitanlage. Super. Der Skigang ist super lustig. Wenn Sie früher einchecken, ist es gut, zu spielen. Es gibt ein Gericht, das nichts essen muss.

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
