在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier zu bleiben! Die Lage ist hervorragend – nahe allem, was wir brauchten, aber ruhig und privat. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und voll ausgestattet mit allem für einen langen Aufenthalt, einschließlich einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und Waschbecken. Was wirklich den Aufenthalt besonders machten, waren die Einrichtungen: ein Tennisplatz, ein sauberer und gut gepflegter Schwimmbad und viel offener Raum für Kinder zu genießen. Das Gebäude ist sehr sicher, mit Schlüsselkartenzugang und 24/7 Sicherheit, was uns einen großen Frieden gab. Dieser Ort ist ideal für Familien, die einen langen Aufenthalt suchen. Es fühlte sich wirklich wie ein Haus weg von Haus – wir hätten sicher zurückkommen!

This is our 7th time staying at this property and possibly our last. Not once during the 5 days did anyone actually enter our Suite and mop/vacuum/tidy or even dress a bed.. each evening the door bell rung to which we were the ones carrying out the trash and exchanging towels etc. Nowhere near clean enough at any juncture

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Not sure why they would put an open bar in the lobby. I would have asked to be moved but we were already in bed and didn't want to dress and pack up to move. Not sure that I would stay at this location again without asking where my room is located.

We needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price. The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid. All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

Die Lage war perfekt. Supermärkte und Einkaufszentren sind in der Nähe, nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal an der Rezeption zeigt keine Begeisterung, sie sind kühl. Die Einrichtungen sind fantastisch.

Ich bin hier, um die Ausstellung zu besuchen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, gleicht dem Nichts. Drei Nächte lang, ohne Handtücher zu wechseln, rufen wir die Rezeption an, um einen neuen Handtücher zu nehmen und die andere sagt, dass wir 15 Messer zahlen müssen. Am letzten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens, am letzten Tag, um fragen, ob wir weitermachen, sagte ich, dass es für eine Weile nicht sicher ist. Die Rezeption ist jung und ich sagte, dass Sie 2026 sicher sein können. Die Zeit für den Austritt ist 10 Uhr morgens. Da wir uns beeilen, auf den Ausstellungsplatz zu gehen, hoffe ich, dass die Konsultation bis 12 Uhr (normale Zeit für den Austritt in der Heimat) stattfinden kann, sagte der Rezeptor, dass sie an einer Konferenz ihrer Organisation teilnehmen müssen (KPIRA-Mann), um die Zeit für den Austritt zu verlängern, Wir können also zuerst aus dem Haus gehen. Die Umgebung des Feriendorfs ist gut, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht! Komm nicht!

Das Personal war wirklich nett. Locationwas zentral, nicht weit zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Es gab ein wenig von dem, was wie Schimmel aussah, war die Dusche, aber ansonsten war alles sauber. Ich hätte es vorgezogen, die Zimmer täglich zu reinigen, aber es gab keine Anweisungen, ob wir anrufen sollten, um eine Anfrage zu stellen oder was. Sehr geräumig.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

I dialed room service or guest service center (using the room phone set) three times. None of them were answered. I wonder how come Sheraton has such good service like this? I finally solved one of the issues myself but still pending one. Secondly, when I went back around 11:50pm, I consulted front desk regarding the shuttle bus time schedule to Disney. I was told to look for the time table myself which was put on another counter. Although I can go there checking it myself but I don’t think this is the right way Sheraton treats its customers.
