在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

This is our 7th time staying at this property and possibly our last. Not once during the 5 days did anyone actually enter our Suite and mop/vacuum/tidy or even dress a bed.. each evening the door bell rung to which we were the ones carrying out the trash and exchanging towels etc. Nowhere near clean enough at any juncture

Mein Mann und ich waren an einer Geschäftsversammlung teilnehmen. Wir buchten nur für eine Nacht bei $300 plus $ und unser Zimmer war im sechsten Stock, aber vor der Lobby. Wir konnten keine Schlaf bekommen wegen des Lärms aus der Bar, die neben der Inspektion liegt. Es gab Schreien und Schreien gut vor 1:30 Uhr. Nicht sicher, warum sie eine offene Bar in der Lobby setzen würden. Ich hätte gebeten, zu bewegen, aber wir waren schon im Bett und wollten nicht kleiden und verpacken, um zu bewegen. Nicht sicher, dass ich auf dieser Stelle wieder bleiben würde ohne zu fragen, wo mein Zimmer ist.

The room was good, bed comfortable. Nice pillows - two down feathers and two a normal pillow. Room had a little musty smell, the shuttle took an hour to get us 10 min drive to Disney Springs as it had 10 -12 stops for other hotels (only had 3 with people that wanted to get on) the bus also hit ALOT of curbs and actually reversed in the middle of traffic turn. The pool was clean, big, and very nice. The hot tubs were extra hot and the jets on one told the hot tubs did not work very well.

One of the best buffets in Orlando! Pool,Splash pad and slides for kids. Relaxing movie night at pool we saw little mermaid. walk across to Sea World. You will be charged $45 for resort fee and parking is $36 dollars self park !

Die Lage war perfekt. Supermärkte und Einkaufszentren sind in der Nähe, nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal an der Rezeption zeigt keine Begeisterung, sie sind kühl. Die Einrichtungen sind fantastisch.

Ich bin hier, um die Ausstellung zu besuchen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, gleicht dem Nichts. Drei Nächte lang, ohne Handtücher zu wechseln, rufen wir die Rezeption an, um einen neuen Handtücher zu nehmen und die andere sagt, dass wir 15 Messer zahlen müssen. Am letzten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens, am letzten Tag, um fragen, ob wir weitermachen, sagte ich, dass es für eine Weile nicht sicher ist. Die Rezeption ist jung und ich sagte, dass Sie 2026 sicher sein können. Die Zeit für den Austritt ist 10 Uhr morgens. We needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price. The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid. All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

I dialed room service or guest service center (using the room phone set) three times. None of them were answered. I wonder how come Sheraton has such good service like this? I finally solved one of the issues myself but still pending one. Secondly, when I went back around 11:50pm, I consulted front desk regarding the shuttle bus time schedule to Disney. I was told to look for the time table myself which was put on another counter. Although I can go there checking it myself but I don’t think this is the right way Sheraton treats its customers.
