We did not use the hotel resort facilities much, as we were in the theme parks most of the time during our stay. Therefore, I think the resort fees were too much to charge per day. They did not even clean our room every day. Check-in was very slow, and no consideration for upgrades for returning customers. The shuttles were too crowded, and it took too long to return back to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was excellent for the airport and all the theme parks.

Mein Mann und ich waren an einer Geschäftsversammlung teilnehmen. Wir buchten nur für eine Nacht bei $300 plus $ und unser Zimmer war im sechsten Stock, aber vor der Lobby. Wir konnten keine Schlaf bekommen wegen des Lärms aus der Bar, die neben der Inspektion liegt. Es gab Schreien und Schreien gut vor 1:30 Uhr. Nicht sicher, warum sie eine offene Bar in der Lobby setzen würden. Ich hätte gebeten, zu bewegen, aber wir waren schon im Bett und wollten nicht kleiden und verpacken, um zu bewegen. Das Hotel hat einen Bus nach Disney und der Welt, aber die Zeit ist sehr wunderschön. Ich gehe zum Disney Bus um mehr als 10 Uhr morgens und um 7:05 Uhr morgens im Universum. Ich gehe nach Disney, weil ich früher in den Park gehen möchte. Es gibt auch kein Hotel, das Zimmer jeden Tag zu räumen, wenn Sie töten müssen, müssen Sie vorab mit der Rezeption sagen. Das Hotel hat drei Orte mit kostenlosem Selbstwaschmaschine und Trockner, die selbst mit dem Waschpulver fertig sind, ist immer noch sehr bequem. Ein weiteres kleines Defekt, das Hotel ist nicht sehr gut, kann die Stimme der Nachbarschaft sehr klar hören. We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

Ich bin hier, um die Ausstellung zu besuchen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, gleicht dem Nichts. Drei Nächte lang, ohne Handtücher zu wechseln, rufen wir die Rezeption an, um einen neuen Handtücher zu nehmen und die andere sagt, dass wir 15 Messer zahlen müssen. Am letzten Tag um 8 Uhr morgens, am letzten Tag, um fragen, ob wir weitermachen, sagte ich, dass es für eine Weile nicht sicher ist. Die Rezeption ist jung und ich sagte, dass Sie 2026 sicher sein können. Die Zeit für den Austritt ist 10 Uhr morgens. We needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price. The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid. All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

Lage, Lage, Lage! Gutes Hotel, Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber genug für zwei. Alles ist typisch für Ferienhäuser: Essen (französisch  frisches Frucht- und Hamburger), Service und so weiter.
