waren zum zweiten Mal für mehrere Tage hier, weil uns die pools und die lage einfach gefallen haben. zwar ist die Einrichtung nicht mehr die neuste, aber es ist sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. das personal ist sehr nett.

Wer hat diese Außenanlage geplant - Mickey Mouse auf Ecstasy ? Oder Tick, Trick und Track ? Immerhin haben alle vier exakt die Körpergröße, die man hier braucht, um überhaupt schwimmen zu können ... Denn das, was Marriott in diesem Hotel dreist und klangvoll als 'Mineralpool im Resortstil' verkauft, ist nichts anderes als ein top gestyltes Planschbecken mit max. Tiefe von 1,0 Meter. Kompliment, Marriott; absolut exklusiv und elitär, wir sind beeindruckt - immerhin mussten wir mehr als 30 Jahre durch unzählige Top-Resorts in ganz Florida reisen, um nun endlich erfahren zu dürfen, was ein 'Mineralpool' ist. Danke, danke, danke ... Noch viel lieber aber hätten wir auf diese Erkenntnis komplett verzichtet und stattdessen unser in jedem Resort gewohntes tägliches, erholsames Schwimmen genossen, was in der Hitze Floridas ein vergleichsweise üblicher und normaler Wunsch sein dürfte. Und wenn ein Hotel nicht in der Lage ist, diesen bescheidenen Wunsch zu erfüllen, sollte der Gast dies VOR seiner Reservierung wissen. Überhebliches Umschreiben von enttäuschenden Defiziten hilft da in keiner Weise weiter, sondern verärgert die verprellten Gäste nur noch um ein Vielfaches mehr. Dabei hätte das Hotel selbst gut punkten können: Komfortable, moderne Zimmer mit adäquater Küche. Weiterhin ein großzügiger Fitness-Room mit Seilzug, Hanteln und Cardio-Geräten. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und charmant das gesamte Team, vom Front-Desk bis zum Room-Service - 'compliments, really great and perfect job'! Und noch etwas Besonderes bei Marriott's Towneplace Suites, nur am Rande erwähnt: 10 $ Gebühr für 'overnight parking' ist für Orlando Area nahezu unüblich. Von unseren letzten Aufenthalten bei Wyndham und Hilton erinnere ich mich an 'complimentary parking' bei wesentlich besseren Parkplatzangeboten. Aber dort konnte man in den eleganten Pools ja auch wunderbar relaxen und erholsam schwimmen - somit passt auch hier wieder alles perfekt zusammen.

Das Hotel ist renoviert und die Unterkunft war gut und ist eine der besten Qualitätshotel-Optionen im besetzten und sehr touristischen Zentrum Orlando. Auch die Frühstücksauswahl war überraschend gut und reichhaltig für die typische Auswahl für die Holiday Inn Express-Marke. Die Gründe für die Nichtgabe des Hotels 5 Sterne sind unten: 1) das Bad im Zimmer wurde bei der Eincheckung verschlossen. 2) Gäste wurden erlaubt, Alkohol zu konsumieren und im Poolbereich direkt neben vielen kleinen Kindern und anderen Gästen, die Als Gesundheitspolitik sollte Rauchen nur in abgelegenen Gebieten erlaubt werden, und nicht in dem Pool, der voll von Kleinkindern ist. 3) Manchmal gab es kein Personal an der Rezeption und das Personal, das ich mit entweder sprach sehr armen Englisch (oder überhaupt niemand, die Annahme war, dass jeder Spanisch sprechen sollte) oder schien wirklich uninteressant und nicht aufmerksam zu sein die Bedenken der Kunden.

Ich blieb hier für eine Konferenz und genossen es wirklich. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, und mein Zimmer war super sauber. Hausaufbewahrung kam jeden Morgen schnell und machte einen tollen Job. Betten waren komfortabel, und ich würde definitiv hier wieder bleiben.

Eine Nacht 9/13/22. Treue Marriott, so habe ich Informationen und Bilder an das Unternehmen gesendet. Das Headboard war alles aufgedreht. Dusches Dunkelgefäß. Zigaretten brennt in einem Teppich. Armes Licht. Keine Sicherheit. Seitentür des Hotels, die Raumkarte benötigt, um zu öffnen, konnte nicht verriegelt werden. Die ganze Nacht war offen. Diese Tür war 15 Fuß von meinem Zimmer entfernt. Hotelzeichen mit Namen auf dem oberen Gebäude hatte nur die Hälfte der Lichter, die nachts arbeiten. Das ist, was Sie mit den Dumpen auf Hwy 192 in Kissimmee sehen. Gute Punkte- Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich. Lobby und Lebensmittelbereich sehr sauber. Poolbereich auch sehr gut gepflegt. Verbrachte 28K Punkte zum Aufenthalt. Hoffentlich höre ich von Marriott.

Das kostenlose Frühstück ist einfach und das bezahlte Frühstück für 12 USD pro Person ist großartig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann 10-15 Minuten zur Seaworld laufen; Die beiden Swimmingpools im Hotel sind gut, es gibt Billard und Kinderplätze. Vor dem Hotel fährt ein Bus direkt zum Icon Park.

I'm staying at the Element on I-Drive while I'm in Orlando from February 23 - 27, 2024. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm on the 23rd and check in went very smoothly. The agent at the desk at that time was extremely helpful and kind. By the time that I got settled in, ate, showered, and ready for bed it was around midnight. As soon as I pulled back the duvet, I was immediately hit with the smell of urine. I called the front desk and a male agent told me that he would check and see if someone from housekeeping was still around, or if I would have to change rooms for the night. An hour passed and I heard nothing, so I called back. This time, another male agent sounded surprised that no one had been to my room yet, but said there was a list of people that needed housekeeping and that I was next and could expect someone to be up shortly. 30 minutes later, still nothing, so I called again. Finally, a female agent said that no one from housekeeping was onsite anymore and that I should've checked my room for cleanliness as soon as I arrived because now there was nothing they could do. I apologized to her for not immediately coming into my room and sniffing the sheets for urine, I didn't realize that was the expected behavior for guests of the Element. Ultimately, she said I could either sleep in the bed that smelled like someone else's urine and housekeeping would change the sheets the next day, or they could bring fresh sheets for me to make the bed myself and she would make sure that housekeeping prioritized my room for cleaning the next day. At that point, it was almost 2am and I was exhausted and ready to lay down, so I accepted the fresh sheets. When I *****ped the bed, the mattress pad underneath the sheets was absolutely FILTHY, full of hair and multiple urine stains, and smelled foul. The next day, housekeeping did not clean my room until around 4PM after I requested service - my room was not ”prioritized” at all. Additionally, no one has reached out to me to offer any sort of compensation or even an apology for the bed reeking of someone else's pee, or the fact that I was left to handle the soiled, bioharzardous linens on my own. Housekeeping comes every other day here, so no service yesterday as expected. However, I just returned to my room after being out today, and housekeeping has clearly been here - bed is made and trash has been taken out - but nothing else has been done. Clean trash bags were left draped over the side of the can for me to put in myself. New face towels were thrown over my makeup bag instead of folded neatly on the counter. The desk and the shower both visibly need cleaning but weren't touched at all. I'm a professional global event manager with a degree in Restaurant & Hospitality Management, so I have an above-average knowledge of how things are supposed to function in a hotel, and above-average expectations to match. Cleanliness is 70% of your stay at select-service properties like this, and the Element Orlando I-D

Großer Wert für den Preis bezahlt! Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer und sie haben einen großen Spa/Pool. Der andere Pool wurde geschlossen, aber sie könnten einige Verbesserungen in der Zeit für die Spitzensaison machen. Schöne Basketballplatz und Tischtennisplatz, sie haben sogar einen Mini-Golf für Kinder zu genießen.

I have stayed at an Aloft before but this one was particularly disappointing for a multiple-night business trip stay. The hotel is connected with the Element hotel next door (it shares the connected gym as well as parking lot), so first off, one should compare rates. The Aloft is located behind a couple of fast food restaurants near Sea World. Check-in experience was subpar, taking extensive time as the sole agent was on the phone for ten minutes, not even looking up at me to acknowledge me waiting. The room itself is sparing: hard floors; exposed rack bar for a “closet”; no wall dividing the bathroom area; built in shower with flimsy plastic door. The decor was quirky, with repeating wallpaper that has random images interspersed; a window curtain that has matrix-like number grids on it; a wall decal sticker in the corner with electrical diagram shapes. The decor gave the room an irreverent but also chintzy feel. And the room's limited functionality was a big challenge, especially when the hotel cut corners on even the most basic operations. The bathroom sink light only had one of the two *****s working. There was no iron provided, just a crappy steamer. The bathroom amenities, drybar-branded bottles attached to the wall, are overperfumed (and I had 2x conditioner bottles, and no shampoo bottle--though housekeeping remedied this for the next day). The electrical outlets in the room are poorly situated and the pop-out one by the table cannot accommodate an apple laptop plug because it’s too narrow. And the oval desk by the seating area doesn’t really work for a laptop; it was thoroughly uncomfortable trying to work in the room. Noise from the hallway was pretty bad. The worst part of this hotel was that the claim of “daily housekeeping” is an outright lie—they only change garbage and towels and won’t change linens even if asked, despite the fact that the hotel website falsely advertises this (upon check-in, they hand you a letter at the front saying linen service is only every five days, as if this absolves them from responsibility). The room really could have used a thorough cleaning, as well; I walked in the room in socks which were gross on the bottom by the end. This housekeeping claim is clearly bait and switch. The gym does have a lot of equipment, though the two stretching mats look like they’ve been attacked by rats, with huge pieces of the mats missing. The elevators are slow and you have to push buttons on each elevator separately. The parking charge of $24 / day is highway robbery. Checkout was smooth though they could not print the bill for some reason (laziness?). Overall, I would not stay at this property again. It does not suit a professional needing to work in the evenings and sleep comfortably.

Sylvia war sehr freundlich und professionell, sie und die Hausbetreiber haben eine wunderbare Arbeit gemacht, um unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Ich habe ein kleines Baby mit mir und ich schätze sehr, dass das Zimmer ohne Spott war! Sie war sehr nett mit ihrem Service und sehr gut bei ihrem Job. Wahrscheinlich einer der besten Hausbetreiber, die ich je getroffen habe!

Das Hotel war großartig, es war sauber unser Zimmer war großartig. Es war ein Studio, aber so geräumig und für uns beide war es einfach groß, es war besser als ich erwartet hatte. Es war täglich gereinigt und hatte alles, was Sie brauchten. Der Pool war schön und entspannt an den Tagen, die wir dort verbrachten, und die geservierten Getränke waren großartig. Das Frühstück war gut, es war kein luxuriöses Frühstück, aber es begann Ihren Tag auf die richtige Weise, bitte die einzige Schuld, die ich hatte war einige der Mitarbeiter, die Frühstück serviert waren nicht so freundlich und Sie fühlten sich beschleunigt. Das kann mit einem schnellen Wort von der Verwaltung zu ihnen sortiert werden. Alles in einem großen Hotel, mit einem großen Frontdesk lassen Sie uns sogar später als die vorgeschlagene Zeit aussehen. Ich werde definitiv empfehlen und hier wieder bleiben.

Nein, ich weiß nicht, ich habe nur einen Freund, der im gegenüberliegenden Doppelbaum wohnt. Verglichen mit dem Doppelbaum auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist es immer noch eine ganze Menge; das eine ist alt und neu, das andere ist die Dynamik des Hotels. Das einzige ist, dass das Frühstück, obwohl es einfach ist, jeden Tag wechselt. Das Muster ähnelt dem Abstand zwischen der Ausstellung und dem Ocean Park. Gehen Sie etwa 20 Minuten.
