The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service. If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price. A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

Das Zimmer ist zu alt, ein seltsamer Geschmack, Bettwäsche, Tischschrank, Klimaanlage, die Wand ist alle veralteten Spuren. Die Blumenspuren des Badezimmers sind sehr allgemein, obwohl der Service gut ist.

Summary of Experience 1.Check-In: The check-in desk was efficient and friendly. 2.Dining Experience: I stayed for 4 nights, enjoying 4 breakfasts, 2 buffet dinners, and 1 dinner at the Italian restaurant on the 20th floor. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant. 3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement. 4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied. 5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response. 6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

I booked two rooms. Both room had bad smell coming from the toilet. Room service was very poor. Cannot maintain timely service. If commits 30 minutes, it may take 1 to 2 hours, even can forget to respond back to requests. Hotel staffs do not know the manners of 5 star hotel. Overall experience is not good.

Unsere Reise begann mit einem unerwarteten Hickup – Ein Brandvorfall am Flughafen Dhaka zwang uns, einen Übernachtbus nach Cox's Bazar zu nehmen. Ankunft am 19. Oktober im Hotel waren wir verständlich besorgt über die Verfügbarkeit des Zimmers. Aber Frau Fatima hat unsere Erfahrung wirklich umgedreht. Sie hat unsere Sorge spürbar in ein Zimmer mit erstaunlicher Aussicht aufgebaut. Ihr Professionalität und Freundlichkeit haben uns sofort beeindruckt und den Ton für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gesetzt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer unschlagbaren Lage, mit direkter Zugang zum schönen, endlosen Sandstrand. Das Dachrestaurant bietet atemberaubende Aussichten, zusätzlich zu dem Gesamt-Charm. Nach einer großen Reise waren wir besonders beeindruckt von den Dienstleistungen des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war unschön, mit ausgezeichnetem Bettkomfort und Sauberkeit. Das Personal war gut ausgebildet und gut in Englisch, machte Kommunikation mühelos. Die Lobby war auch gut vorgestellt und einladend. Wir möchten unsere tiefe Dankbarkeit an die folgenden Mitarbeiter ausdehnen, die unseren Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich gemacht haben: Frau Fatima, Herr Salim (der Fahrer des Shuttlebuses), das Kundenserviceteam an der Rezeption, das Personal in den Restaurants auf den Ebenen 2 und 12 Die Küchenchefs, das Bodenpersonal, die Hauspflege, das Sicherheitspersonal und die Türen. Alle haben dazu beigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerebar zu machen. Wir empfehlen Ramada in Cox's Bazar, jedermann, der sich nach einer bemerkenswerten Hotelerfahrung sucht.

Es ist in Ordnung, eine Morgenmahlzeit zu haben. Wenn Sie früh reisen, können Sie alleine frühstücken. Es ist nur Brot und einfaches Gebäck. Der Portier und der Kellner sind gut. Aber es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.
