The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms were lovely with cot (with mattress). Lovely selection for breakfast. Bring you swimming togs and make sure you book the swimming pool, great to get a dip in the pool. ( need pool hats) Jurassic Park is a great addition and you have free access as a hotel resident. You need to pay to visit santa and we ended up paying full access fee which was disappointing when told we we initially thought the access was free. You get a lovely santa experience and free access to the bounce world with paid santa experience.

There was no lift, just a maze of stairs, so if you have luggage, please be aware that some effort is required! Room was on the smaller side, but it was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Very conveniently located as well, just a 5 minute walk to Kilkenny castle and the main streets. Reception was lovely and very helpful! One suggestion is to do some maintenance on the toilet sliding door. It screeched quite badly when opening and closing, which would have woken someone up if done in the middle of the night!

Gute Lage, guter Service, große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Zwei Dinge könnten jedoch verbessert werden: Die Parkplatzbeschilderung könnte etwas deutlicher sein, und das Zimmer ist sehr stickig; eine bessere Belüftung oder Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert. Im Erdgeschoss kann es aufgrund der Bar etwas laut sein.

Very nice hotel Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. The only comment I have is when I checked in I was not informed about where the facilities where or when they where open. The time breakfast was starting or finishing. It was probably an oversight. But overall a very nice stay and I will be back.

The location, the breakfast and the comfortable won big for this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay, and free parking nearby makes it a great stop on our trip around west Ireland. Definitely staying here again next time we are in the area.

Lovely Georgian hotel with contemporary annexe, beautifully done. Lovely room, huge super king bed and coffee machine. Fabulous decor, curiosities everywhere

Ein wenig von der Mitte entfernt, aber bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. AC nicht verfügbar, aber ok für diese Zeit des Jahres.

Wirklich schönes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Einchecken nach 15 Uhr war nicht so toll und das Fitnessstudio und der Pool sind veraltet, aber im Allgemeinen gut zu benutzen. Gegenüber dem Parkplatz erhalten Sie einen Rabatt, der sehr praktisch ist.

Stayed overnight at this hotel, staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom modern.

Kein Bad- und Haupttürschließfach war nicht perfekt.
