Wir waren zu zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Ich hatte eine Nacht gebüllt und kam am nächsten Tag eine Nacht. Die Sicht ist sehr gut, die beste Ortschaft zur Sonnenuntergang, die Vision ist sehr gut, um die Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr komfortabel, der Preis ist mäßig, die Gesundheit ist auch gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, besonders gut. Der Service ist auch besonders enthusiastisch, hilf uns, die Gepäckstücke an der Straße zu ziehen, uns Tickets zu drucken usw. Es ist auch sehr bequem zu essen. Sie mögen es hier und empfehlen es auch gerne an Freunde.

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

Heavenly! Although only stayed for one night whilst visiting the island it was the tranquil peace of calm I needed on my first visit to Mykonos. Although location seems on a map at first seemed to be remote, especially for a solo traveller for less than 24h / it was an absolute blessing and ideal location. I booked a shared transfer from the airport with Hoppa.com - for under ten euros in advance - I was the only passenger booked on my flight with them so they upgraded me and gave me a private limo chauffeur no extra - literally 15 mins and a stunning drive to the hotel - which is located on a hill above Ornos a beautiful place. The hotel is no exception. Sat on the hillside beautiful location above the village which is a total contrast to Mykonos Town and just an absolute treat - with a lovely taverna and a fantastic bakery open late into the night - you must try it! Quiet location lovely pool area and courtyard and room across a few levels - small and intimate place I’m not sure I even saw another guest during my stay, very relaxing! The room allocated was lovely - lots of really useful amenities, lovely toiletries and complimentary bits all high quality , thoughtful items in the room - toothpaste etc. Powerful ac which was well used as it was really hot, super comfy bed, safe, fridge, tastefully decorated and modern style - I just loved the bathroom the style was really cool, cave-like and with a powerful shower - always a winner! The staff, particular the gentleman that checked me in was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful in helping me book transport and giving me hints and tips on the best way to maximise my short time in the island. Breakfast was included but I only had time for a coffee but it looked lovely. Didn’t need to worry at all about getting around Mykonos is so small and there are ways 24-7 to get anywhere on the island, particularly into Mykonos town and the airport and seaport. There are regular local buses direct to Mykonos town main bus station the bus stops literally outside the front door - the bus station you can change to the buses to the airport and new ferry port - same bus service. This cost around €2 and were running every hour. I took the very first bus I think was 8am which took around 15 mins to the port - and plenty of time for the first Seajets service to Santorini. Taxis were extortionate and you were looking at around €60 for the incredibly short walkable distances - I took one and instantly regretted it - driver was late and rude to me - which given the price tag compared to the rest of taxis in Greece - made me even more bitter about the price tag - there are other ways to get around. Reception can help you with all of this - they are great - I would 100% recommend - and absolutely love to go back if I ever visited Mykonos again

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Das Hotel ist speziell. So großartig. Ich empfehle das Zimmer mit einem exklusiven Balkon. Es war so schön, die Aussicht ist wunderschön, man kann nur mit Ihrem Unternehmen Panoramablick sehen. Das Frühstück im Zimmer ist auch großartig. Das Personal ist so freundlich, die Anlage ist perfekt.

Dieses Hotel liegt am Rande der Stadt Oia. Es gibt einen Eselspfad vor dem Hotel und es gibt jeden Tag ein bisschen Eselskot. Von dort aus kann man jedoch immer noch den Sonnenuntergang beobachten Privater Balkon des Zimmers. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Zimmers ist immer noch sehr zufriedenstellend, man kann sagen, dass jedes Hotel in der gesamten Stadt Oia sehr nahe am Busbahnhof Oia liegt. Der Service des Hotels steht jedoch in keinem Verhältnis zur gehobenen Preispositionierung des Hotels. Meine schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Service des Hotels. Wenn eine besondere Situation eintritt, ist das Personal an vorderster Front nicht befugt, das Problem für den Kunden so schnell wie möglich zu lösen Die Wartezeiten des Kunden auf das Bearbeitungsergebnis sind sehr lang, der Hotelservice ist sehr schlecht, mein Koffer wurde vom Portier auf dem Weg zum Zimmer getragen, weil beim Aufnehmen und Auflegen des Koffers der Kofferhebel betätigt wurde wurde nicht abgesetzt und dann angehoben, und der Griff des Gepäcks wurde während des Transports schief, da mein Koffer ein Queen-Size-Format hat, wodurch das Gewicht des Koffers auf den oberen Teil des Griffs übertragen wird Entfernung von dem Ort, an dem ich angefangen habe, den Koffer zum Hotel zu bewegen, da das Hotel auf einer Klippe liegt und man ständig Treppen hoch und runter gehen muss, konnten die Kofferhebel nicht richtig abgesenkt werden. Als ich es herausfand, meldete ich es sofort an der Hotelrezeption, aber das Hotel kümmerte sich nicht darum. Sie sagten, dass der Manager am nächsten Tag vorbeikommen würde, um es zu sehen, aber nichts passierte . Später erfuhr ich, dass der Hotelmanager dies der Hotelzentrale gemeldet hatte, die Hotelzentrale jedoch nicht bereit war, eine Entschädigung zu leisten. Ich antwortete auch auf die Plattform, aber die Plattform und das Hotel verhandelten viele Tage lang ohne Ergebnis. Die Hotelzentrale war sehr hart und ignorierte es, dass ich jeden Tag von 14 Uhr bis 3 Uhr zum Hotel zurückeilen musste Der Manager arbeitete, und ich wurde mit dem Hotel über das Problem der Kofferentschädigung kommuniziert, aber der Hotelmanager hatte nur begrenzte Befugnisse und konnte es nur der Hotelzentrale erneut melden. Infolgedessen wurden meine mehreren Urlaubstage auf Santorini vollständig abgesagt . Jeden Tag, wenn ich meine Augen öffnete, antwortete ich auf die Nachrichten der Plattform: „Es ist, als würde man zur Arbeit gehen, nicht wie im Urlaub.“ Das Hotel gibt nicht zu, dass der Kofferhebel während des Transportvorgangs beschädigt wurde. Ich frage mich, ob jeder im Voraus in den Urlaub fahren kann beim Transport beschädigt? Wer nimmt es vorab auf? Als wir das Hotel verließen, gab uns das Hotel drei Tage lang 60 Euro kostenloses Frühstück. Später, als wir fast am Hafen waren, sagte das Hotel, dass wir zurückgehen sollten, wenn wir nicht zum Hotel zurückkehren würden , für einen gewöhnlichen Koffer würden wir keine Kosten tragen. Ist das nicht Absicht? Da wir wussten, dass wir später eine Reise hatten und nicht zurückkehren konnten, boten wir an, einen Koffer im Wert von mehreren zehn Euro ohne Marke zu bezahlen, der in einem gewöhnlichen Geschäft auf der Straße verkauft wurde. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir jedoch bereits ausgecheckt und später die Fähre gebucht Tickets zu anderen Orten in Griechenland. Bei Hotels ist es unmöglich, den Rest der Reise nur für einen Koffer aufzugeben. Wir haben Hunderte von Dollar ausgegeben, um einen eigenen Koffer zu kaufen. Wenn der Kofferhebel beschädigt ist, müssen wir es als Pech betrachten. Wenn keine besonderen Umstände vorliegen, ist es gut, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Wenn besondere Umstände eintreten, können Sie nicht erwarten, dass das Hotel einen erstklassigen Servicewert und eine hohe Effizienz bei der Bearbeitung von Problemen bietet.

Das ist der beste Ort zu bleiben. Wir werden diesen Ort wieder verwenden, wenn wir nach Zakynthos reisen. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück ist lecker, die Einrichtungen sind sauber und der Pool ist schön. Ruhe unter der Schatten eines Olivenbaums war wie ein Traum. Danke für alles.

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!
