It is alright, but not great - certainly it is worn around the edges. It is the first place I stayed in during my 3 week holiday with no fridge... So much for the by now warm riggers of beer I bought at breweries en route. The service was never with any kind of smile. The food in their restaurant was adequate and the beer was, to my taste, bland and unexciting. Staying here is not a disaster, but nor is it memorable. For the amount they must make (the room was not inexpensive) they could and should do better. But I guess it is a captive market in season, and ”just about good enough” is all they need to bother with.

Given 1 for amenities as the bed was too soft and the shower was very weak and the temperature gauge was very tricky. Needed to be a plumber to set the optimum temperature. The fridge did not work. the temperature gauge button was broken

Unsere Zimmer haben einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Franz Josef. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat keinen Aufzug, aber das Personal war bereit, mit unserem Gepäck zu helfen, wie wir im zweiten Stock waren. Das Frühstück war in einem Restaurant mit Blick ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfohlen.

The receptionist who is a Hong Kong lady is very nice and provides detailed introduction of the whole town. Room clean and near with beautiful sea view, highly recommend.

We had been advised by a relative that this hotel on the beach was worth staying at. We had a deluxe room up on the hill across the main road so we were not actually on the beach. However the view of the ocean was fantastic particularly in the stormy weather. Due to the weather we had to drive down to the restaurant for breakfast. Restaurant fully booked out by tour groups for dinner but the tavern about 1.5km down the road saw us right for a meal. The complex seemed to have several different standards of rooms and I think ours was the best.

We had a great stay. Very clean and comfy room nice wine and excellent food and service. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom treehouse with hot tub. And absolutely loved this place! Very pretty and clean rooms with kitchen and hot tub. We would definitely come again if we have the chance.

這個酒店入住非常滿意，感覺像新裝修沒多久的．床很舒服 也非常乾淨．服務品質也挺高．當天晚上到達酒店比較晚了，服務員幫忙辦理入住，還幫我們把車停在停車區．幫忙拿行李．很熱情

Das Hotel ist voller klassischer Geschmack und Dekoration, das unabhängige Wohnzimmer ist groß, sauber und es gibt keine Nahrungsmittel in der Nähe, aber das Hotel kann frühstücklich/abends oder in die nahe gelegene Stadt fahren. Die Straße ist eine gute Nacht, um diese Pause zu verbringen, und die Tankstelle am Hotel am Rande ist billiger als die Außenseite.

Sehr gutes Hotel, Herr Libin wird kostenlos zum Gastwagen liefern, das Personal der Rezeption ist auch freundlich und enthusiastisch, die Frage wird allein beantwortet und zufriedengestellt, das Essen ist 5 Mahlzeiten, der Service ist auch sehr gut, sehr zufrieden, das nächste Mal, wenn ich an der Westküste gehe, werde ich wählen.
