Das Hotel war sauber und schön. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frau Kusum war sehr nett und professionell und hat sogar das Zimmer entsprechend unseren Bedürfnissen geändert. Das Frühstück war mit guter Verbreitung wie üblich für JW-Standards. Nur Rückkehr, zu viele Gäste. Während des Frühstücks und der Lobbys wurden durch Hochzeiten und Veranstaltungen mit Menschen gefüllt. Andernfalls waren Service, Einrichtungen und Pool-Gebiete alle schön. Tolles Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Personal. Mit sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle Auswahl lokaler als auch internationaler Speisen. Das Personal liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bar auf dem Dach mit eigener Brauerei ist etwas ganz besonderes. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Elegant und luxuriöses Hotel in einem schön renovierten Palast der königlichen Familie Kolkata. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön mit alten, Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Das riesige Badezimmer und alle Etagen sind aus Marmor. Das Hotel befindet sich in mehreren Gebäuden des Palastkomplexes. Gemütliches Frühstück kann außerhalb in einem schatten Patio oder in einem klimatisierten Restaurant gegessen werden. Jeden Abend gibt es eine Live-Show von Volksdanzspielern. Einer der besten Hotels, die ich jemals gehabt habe.

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

Well leaded hotel, very convenient place I recently stayed at a hotel in the Golden parkk hotel in heart of Kolkata, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you right in the middle of all the action. The proximity to major attractions and transportation options made exploring the city effortless.
