4-Sterne-Hotels in Kalkutta

Excellent hotel, full of character and very charming. Food is very good, breakfast was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. Location is excellent and staff is very friendly and extremely helpful

Dear Hotel Management, Thank you for the wonderful hospitality during my stay. The hotel cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. I truly appreciated the awesome service, professional staff, and excellent facilities provided throughout my stay. It was a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again. Sincerely, Dr. Noor Hassan(MBBS) MEDICAL OFFICER

I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.
