Very nice, good located hotel closeby walmart & co. / try the local pizza company just downstairs right from the entrance. Room was clean, front desk friendly and helpful :-)

The convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

Good enough. The linens were clean, the floor was clean. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, and I would have to say the whatever contractor they hired did a shoddy job. There were lots of rough edges. It’s fitting that this hotel is in a college town because the work done to the room evokes the classic Morgantown “landlord special.” That said, we booked the handicap accessible room because my dad has mobility issues, and it was very well equipped for his needs. It had a full walk-in shower with stability bars, non-slip surfaces, and a shower chair. It was also located on the first floor right by a side door which made it so much easier for him to get to and from the car. The breakfast was really good by continental breakfast standards. We really enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls. We didn’t use the office, gym, or pool, but they seemed fine. We would stay here again.

The air conditioning leaked on floor when turned heat on. We could not get anyone to clean the floor at all… No milk for cereal and when asked took more than 20 minutes to get milk for cereal.

Dies ist das schönste Hotel auf dieser amerikanischen Reiseroute. Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Hang. Als wir nachts eincheckten, suchten wir mehr als eine halbe Stunde nach dem Hotel. Das Schild am Straßenrand war nicht zu erkennen. Es dauerte ein paar Runden, um es zu finden. Du hast fast aufgegeben. Ich mag die interne und externe Umgebung des Hotels. Ein typisch amerikanisches Hotel ist das gleiche wie andere amerikanische Hotels. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta, und die anderen Einrichtungen sind gut. Die Lounge im Obergeschoss der Hotellobby ist sehr beeindruckend und daneben befindet sich ein Swimmingpool. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Golfplatz, dahinter ein kleiner See und nachts viele Sikahirsche an der Straße. Wenn es nicht eilig ist, möchte ich unbedingt noch einen Tag in diesem Hotel bleiben!

The hotel was nice and we have stayed at Fairfield Inns before. However, the television was broken and needed to be replaced. There were lines on the display screen in two directions, a spot in the lower left hand corner where the television had been dropped or something hit the screen, and the remote control had a sticky substance on the back of it and had obviously not been cleaned. When my wife used the hair dryer, the plastic on the exterior of the hair dryer had separated and posed a potential hazard. The worst part of our stay was my wife finding a bug in the bed when she was straightening the bed for our departure. The accommodations were not up to Marriott standards, but the desk clerk received our concerns well and apologized.

We were expecting a no-frills experience, so that wasn’t the problem. The problem was the following: very loose electric outlets so it was difficult to plug in a Wi-Fi charger, broken tile on bathroom floor that was dangerous with a sharp edge. A live roach in the bathroom, a nonworking hairdryer, no Kleenex at check in and none even after maid service, a stark breakfast with no abailable cold water or juice and minimal choices. We stayed two days and some of the desk people were very kind and helpful. It was the facility that was subpar, even for an older place. Would’ve gladly paid a bit more to be more comfortable. Yes, the beds and towels and coffee were fine, btw.
