Drei Tage lang in Folge, das erste Frühstück ist gut. Die Service-Einstellung ist auch gut, sie sind sehr geduldig.

Das war Krümmungen auf dem Boden. Als wir dann zum Bett gingen, waren wir okay, aber als wir morgens aufwachen, hatten wir alle über uns, gingen auf, um an den Vorderbüro zu klagen, und die Frau sah mich an und sagte, dass ich durch einen Dritten gebucht habe, ich verrückt wurde, küsste sie raus und ging.

Der Service hier war großartig - der Vorzeigebetreiber war schnell und sehr nett. Das Bett war schön und komfortabel, und der Duschedruck und der Zeitdruck waren großartig. Die Gürtel blockieren nicht ganz das Licht und die AC ist laut, aber es war groß für den Preis.

This hotel is on a motorway so not really near any shops or restaurants and is used when flights are cancelled so you can suddenly end up in a massive queue as they turn up. Having said that, its a decent hotel and if it were located somehwere else I would stay there again. There are shopping centres in Uber distance but I was conned a couple of times as there is heavy traffic around rush hour which is 4pm-8pm there and an alternative route through a tunnel which i was charged €10 but then found it is only for a tiny bit and the roads are clear. They are not proper Ubers but normal taxi drivers who use the Uber app to get jobs but still charge you on the meter and mess around if you dont agree to go through the tunnel. €40 one-way into town! So, no issues with the hotel itself, just the location. Its only suitable maybe if you already have a car or just stay there to access the airport.

Ctrip buchte zwei Doppelzimmer, die an der Rezeption zum Einchecken bereit waren, und nur ein Doppelbett wurde beantwortet. Der Ctrip-Kundenservice war immer beschäftigt. Später rief mich ein Kundenservice an, um mit der Hotelrezeption zu sprechen, und gab sie dem Hotel. Nach einem Bestätigungscode im Inneren fand das Hotel einen anderen Abschnitt der Abteilung oder ein Doppelbett. Das Kundendiensttelefon verwandelte die Hotelrezeption in ein großes Bett. Die Rezeption weigerte sich, sagte, es könne nicht geändert werden und musste schließlich warten, bis Ctrip verhandelte, etwa eine Stunde vorher und nachher. Schließlich ging ich zum diensthabenden Manager des Hotels, um die Situation zu erklären, bevor ich einchecken konnte. Meine Zimmerkarte bekam ich um 20.50 Uhr und um 22 Uhr. Nach einem langen Tag voller Müdigkeit war es ein bisschen hässlich, diesem zu begegnen. Die Lage ist relativ nah und der Preis ist relativ günstig. Hilton ist schließlich ein großer Name, aber diese Art von Hotel muss teuer und teuer für das Frühstück sein. Ich denke immer noch, dass Holiday Inn und Crown Plaza besser und kostengünstiger sind.

Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief. I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY! Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead. Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away! I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess. So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund. 6.5/10

Gestern Abend auf meinem Fahrrad zu Hause gestoppt. Die Jungs am Frontdesk waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war großartig! Es war nett und sauber und die Blätter und Handtücher waren extra weich. Im Vergleich zu den Orten, die ich vor kurzem geblieben habe. Es war so nett, dass ich heute Morgen nicht verlassen wollte. Ich würde diese Lage an jeden, der fragte, empfehlen.

Die Rezeption des Hotels ist sehr geduldig und enthusiastisch, und am Ende bitte ich sie, die Einstellung des Verspätungsdienstes zu verzögern, wird auch sehr gut für Sie sein. Das Wi-Fi im Zimmer ist sehr gut und die Hygiene und die Klimaanlage können angepasst werden. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Es gibt viele kleine Tischlampen, die bewegt werden können, und viele Mädchen, die nachts Angst vor einem Schlaf haben.

Die Toiletten sind relativ klein und das Hotel ist sehr neu. Sie müssen an der Rezeption nach Wasser fragen und ein Taxi in die Innenstadt nehmen. Aber der Preis stimmt und in der Nähe des Flughafens.

Der Service war großartig. Ein wenig enttäuscht über das Frühstück. Es gab ein wenig Lust auf Milch im Zimmer. Der Heizungsschalter wurde abgeschaltet und es war besser. Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Ich wollte es mit mir nach Hause nehmen.
