Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~

Sie hat ihren Mann und ihre Tochter mitgebracht. Ihre Tochter ist sehr überrascht von ihrer Gastfreundschaft, jeder Mitarbeiter ist willkommen und geben ihr großes Lächeln. Der Pool und der Jacuzy waren so gut, das Zimmer ziemlich komfortable, aber sie sagte, das Frühstück sollte für den Geschmack verbessert werden.

Sehr altes Hotel, aber immer noch gut, außer der Handtuch ist geluft, kann man die Hausbewohner fragen, um zu ändern hat das duftende Handtuch

Übernachtet auf einer Durchreise. Schnelles Einchecken und Auschecken. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage ist kalt, der Pool ist groß. Ein kleiner Input für die Plätze vor dem FO, tut mir leid, es riecht ein bisschen nach Socken und zum Frühstück gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht genug Abwechslung an Proteinen. Bei der Eierecke dauerte es auch sehr lange, bis das Frühstück fertig war und ich wurde 4 Mal gefragt, ob es nicht gemacht sei, sondern stattdessen gefragt, was ich vorher bestellt hatte. Vielleicht kann man es bei Vollbelegung zunächst mit Omelettes und Sunny Side Up eindecken, damit die Gäste nicht lange warten und immer wieder Fragen stellen müssen, bis sie schließlich keine Lust mehr auf Frühstück haben.

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Die Freundlichkeit, Liebe zum Detail und Höflichkeit des Personals sind unbeschreiblich. Das Frühstück war einfach köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Extrem sauber. Nahe genug am Flughafen :)

Das Hotel ist erst seit etwa zwei Jahren geöffnet und daher schön sauber, aber die Schalldämmung war katastrophal. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock am Pool und konnten daher den ganzen Tag Kinderstimmen hören. Nachts drangen Stimmen aus dem Nachbarzimmer, Schritte aus dem Stockwerk darüber und sogar Stimmen aus dem Flur gegenüber dem Zimmereingang zu uns durch. Es war also bis spät in die Nacht unerträglich laut. Außerdem war die Zimmeraufteilung ungünstig und der Fernseher schief angebracht. Aufgrund dieser Punkte würde ich dem Hotel ein neues 3-Sterne-Hotel geben.
